'Tubs?-' Wilbur was now lying on the slightly damp, chartreuse coloured grass. He seemed calm enough for just being stabbed in the side by your brothers best friend. Tubbo on the other hand was crying by his side, leaning over him and repeatedly telling him to 'hold on' and explaining that 'help is coming, Will-' despite not really do much to stop his insides from becoming outsides. The man appreciated the teen's panicked state and the attempt at reassurance. 'Don't worry tubs! I'll be okay! I think-' both boys chuckled slightly as Will tried to make fun of the situation they were currently in. Tubbo suddenly seemed even more panicked and worried, only making him cry harder. 'W... What about T.. Tommy?-' the young boy, now searching for a bee to pet, said through sobs. 'F... First I- I run a... away! Then... Then i shout at h... him! T... Then i k... kill his b... brother!' He was knelt having his meltdown a little bit away from Wilbur. 'He's... He's gonna h... hate m-me! Oh Will, i'm... I'm so so s... so sorry!'
'Hey! Hey, hey, hey- i'm sure Tommy won't hate you! It's my fault really, shouldn't have startled you-' The dying man reassured, dragging his slighly limp body across the dew covered grass. 'He couldn't hate you if he tried, Tubs!-'
'Y...You really think s... so?' Tubbo responded quietly, smiling at the nickname. Once reaching the crying teenager, Wilbur tried his best to sit up next to him, occasionally wincing at the stabbing pain in this side. (Sorry- I had to) 'I'm sure of it.'The circles Wilbur was drawing on the boy's back with his bloody finger somehow helped- a lot- Tubbo was calm and rational again in just over 5 minutes. 'S... see! Things aren't... aren't as bad as y... you thought, are t... they?' Now Will was the one stuttering. His wound was really hurting him at this point. Blood was spilled all over the once glimmering, emerald green grass of the old flower field. The deep burgundy liquid stained both the ground and the clothes it was seeping slowly through. It seemed to sparkle in the setting sun as it hardened- And it was the same sparkle he saw in both his sibling's eyes, courageous and kind. Soft and caring. Fierce and determined. He loved them both to pieces. Even though one wasn't a biological sibling, the thought and love was still there. 'Y... y'know how you s... said earlier that then you killed his brother, I just w... wanna correct you-' Wilbur spoke softly, holding back a snicker. 'Correct me?' Tubs asked cautiously, a hint of curiosity in his voice. 'You killed our brother.' The brunette put air quotes around the word 'killed' as not to worry Tubbo anymore. He knew if he was optimistic about his survival, Tubbo would be to. The teen just grinned at the thought of Tommy and Wilbur being his brothers. It was all he'd wanted, to be loved by someone he considered family. To be loved by anyone... The pair of them just leaned on one another and stared into the stars. Peaceful. Ready to move on.
