The ambulance wailed as a sign that it was getting nearer.
"everyone clear out. Move away from the crashed car!!!" one of the ambulance member yelled.
Then immediately everyone that surrounded the car moved away from it.
"We have to move them out of there quickly before anymore damage is done to the car" one of the ambulance members said to his co workers
"ahem ahem ahem please help me and Esmee. Please help" someone from the car quietly yelled.
"someones alive in there" we have to get them out one of the passerby's said
"lets hurry." one of the firfighters said.
they turned the car upside down and removed the door from it's hinges.
"oh my God there are 2 girls in here."
"help." Ivy said with a faint voice
"one of them's conscious. Quickly get the stretcher. "
they swiftly rolled the stretched from the ambulance towards them.
"we have to be extra cautious now. We dont know if her neck bone is broken so we have to put the neck brace or the neck collar to support it for now until she is examined. Now i'm going to move her head slightly then you will quickly rap the neck brace around her neck." the chief ambulance member said.
"yes sir." A trainee said
they carefully moved her body to the front and wrapped the neck brace around her neck.
" Th-thank you. Please help Esmee she's not moving." ivy said with a shaky voice
" We will help her once you're safe." the head ambulance member said
" But i am fine and awake stop treating me and help her please." Ivy said in an angry tone
"Okay. Please get another stretcher. Let me examine her."
during his examination he found out that she was not awake or breathing properly that was a sign of internal bleeding. and that was very bad.
"Quickly get them into the ambulance this girl needs an emergency surgery in the next 2 hours or she will not make it and call the hospital and tell them about her case so they can prepare a theatre room for her before we arrive at the hospital." he instructed.
Once the two girls were in the ambulance Ivy was a wreak, she couldn't control her emotions.
" Esmee! Esmee you have to wake up. Remember how excited you were for senior year. You cant spend your senior year in a hospital" ivy said with sobs
