Chapter 1 - So Your Saying...

Sophie's POV
I'm joining the Black Swan . They told us to meet them at the Wanderling Woods they also told us not to bring Sandor which personally I would be okay with but now not so sure.

I was at the gate of the woods. Our parents were there of course well Keefe's dad wasn't there but still we were all nervous.

I could see a man .
" Hello my name is Lyro . I'm here to take you to the Black Swan . You have an empath . I pretty sure I wasn't lying . " Lyro motioned towards Keefe .
" He's telling the truth ." Keefe replied .
" Okay then , why don't you all say good bye and we'll be on our way ." Lyro instructed.
We said our goodbyes , had bone-crushing hugs . Our parents were crying as we followed Lyro into the woods. We stopped at my tree . It was depressing . My tree was nothing compared to Dex's . Dex's was colorful and smelly . Mine was an ordinary,simple tree. I was snapped back into reality by a plane. It was an ordinary plane with 2 crystals on the top . A home crystal and a crystal that allows you to travel to the forbidden cities. " What is that ? " everyone execpt me and Lyro asked. I explained that it is a human plane and how plane is used in the forbidden cities. " This is like a human plane but it can lightleap and fly like Sophie has explained. Our best engineer had designed and buildt this by hand . So shall we. " Lyro explained as he motioned us to the stairs.

Inside was magical. It had leather seats, tv , music sytems , a lab , a work out room , over head bins . The interior was human and elvin making it extra speacial. In the middle was a u shaped couch. With a desk in the middle. " Please put your seats belt on and hold on because we will be arriving in 1 minute." a voice said . Lyro explained that the voice was the auto-poilot because only one person knows how to fly a plane in the BS ( Black Swan ) . Dex being the technopath he was , was absolutly amazed. Lyro calmed us down and made us sit and put our seat belts on . After exsactly 60 seconds we arrived inside the BS headquaters. They had our bags carried to our rooms. Mr Forkle was supposed to be waiting in the meeting room which had a circular wooden desk and it had 8 leather chairs with names carved on it each a different color. Fitz's was in red letters , Keefe's was neon grean , Dex's was electric blue , Biana's was bright pink and mine was in lilac.

Mr Forkle sat at the center motioning us to sit as well . We all took our seats there where 3 sets that where empty . They were covered in cloth. Lyro lifted one of the pieces of cloth reaviling the white 'Lyro' as he sat down.

" I am glad that you decided to join us Sophie as well as all of you . We have 2 missing from our group right now . But these two are just as important as you are . They will be accomponying you on your next quest to finding the Neverseen. Lyro will be recording your progress . Don't worry I'm sure you will like these two they are the same age as you. For the record they are our best prodigies " Mr Forkle explained . Then he pulled out an imparter and looked at the message which he oviously replyed. As soon as he put his imparter back in to his pocket there was a knock on the door. He then reached under the table the door opened. Both had full black clothing and hoods covering their faces. The first one was shorter but wore a leather jacket with legging and boots there was a quiver on his or her's back he/she was also holding a bow on both hands were leather fingerless gloves . The other was taller he/she was wearing the same as the first one but minus the gloves,quiver and bow . They both walked to the remaining chairs before Mr Forkle spoke up. " Please remove your hoods , your scareing everyone. Also introduce yourselves." Mr Forkle instructed.

The taller one removed the hood . Under neath was curly blonde/brown hair and a pair of colbat blue eyes he had that trouble maker look with the smirk on his face. " Hi everyone, my name is Alfire Lunar. I'm the same age as you two." he said as he pointed at Fitz and Keefe.

The other lifted the hood . Reaveling wavy platnium blonde hair and a set of kaleidoscope eyes. It was a mixture of stormy grey, blue, grey and brown. For some reason it was intimadating, the girl examended us all as if calculating who to break first . She had that serious ,wild and dangerous look on her face but reamained beautiful . She wasn't smiling or smirking she had a blank face . " Hi , my name is Starla Archer, I am the same age as Sophie, Biana and Dex. " she said as she smiled softly . How did she know our names.

" Her eyes aren't blue . " Biana spotted.
" No they are not . Everyone Starla is Sophie's cousin. One of the two we sent into the human world. " Mr Forkle explained. Our eyes were wide open with surprise. I had a COUSIN!! How is that possible .
" Obviously Sophie's mother had a sister which happens to be my mother . A side note I don't know who our parents are. " Starla said casually.
" Oh my gosh ." Biana yelled.
" I know , so Foster and Archer ? " Keefe blurted out .
" So your saying that your my cousin , my biological cousin ?" I asked . Starla nodded.
We sat there taking it all in as they lifted the cloth from their chairs . Starla's was silver and Alfire's was orange . After a few minutes Alfire decided to break the ice . " So why don't we get to know each other we'll go in a circle saying our ability and something about us . I'll go first ."
The order was : Alfire , Dex, Keefe, Biana, Fitz, Me , Lyro and Starla. Mr Forkle wasn't playing .
" I'm a Froster and a Conjuror." Alfire smirked.
" I'm a Technopath." Dex said nervously.
" I am an Empath." Keefe joined in with Alfire's smirking.
" I'm a Vanisher ." Biana said happily .
" I'm a Telepath and a Vanisher." Fitz said also joining in with the smirking .
" I'm a Telepath and Inflictor and Polygot." I said .
" I'm a Flasher , basically I'm going to be your doctor. " Lyro who also joined in with the smirking.
" I'm a Telepath,Inflictor and Polygot." Starla said .
" Don't forget Technopath ." Alfire grinned .
" For the last time just because I'm go with machines doesn't mean I'm a Technopath. " Starla complained.
" I'm pretty sure her abilities do not include Technopath. " Mr Forkle said defending Starla.
" Okay then time for the facts . My fact is that Lyro is my dad." Alfire grinned.
I looked at both of them they really did look alike . But Lyro's hair was darker.
" I have triplets for siblings ." Dex said .
" My mom is working for the Neverseen." Keefe said looking down.
" My dad's mind was broken but Sophie fixed it . " Fitz said looking at me proudly .
" I used to hate Sophie . " Biana said looking down shamfully.
" I made Alden's mind broken in the first place." I looked down shamefully .
" I have another son ." Lyro said .
" My best friend backstabbed me and joined the Neverseen. " Starla said sadly .
" I think you mean your boyfriend . " Alfire corrected.
" I agree. " Lyro said joining in .
" He's not my boyfriend ! Uhh." Starla complained.
" Somebody is in denial ." Alfire teased. Starla gave him the death stare which was plain scary . He held his hands up surrendering.
Lyro , Mr Forkle and Keefe laughed .
Starla looked away smirking .
" What's so funny ? " Biana and me said in union.
" Somebody told me that they were the manliest man alive but the manly man was afraid of a glare. " Starla said between laughs as she banged her fist on the table.

Dex's POV

I joined in with the laughing . Honestly it was super funny . Everyone stopped including me .
" Do you have anything to say Alfire ? " Fitz asked .
" No comment ." he answered blushing so much he was practically as red as paint. We all bursts into laughing again. It took a few minutes to calm down but I had a feeling that this was going to be fun.
