CALLIE PRESTON

I lay on my bed, my body propped up on my elbows watching Stella and Taylor rummage through my wardrobe.

"There's no way I'm wearing that." I say as Taylor holds out a red dress. The dress had long sleeves, and the front had ties laced to the bottom, if you pulled them the whole thing would gather together and become a bunched up mess.

"Okay fine, what about this?" Stella says turning around with a piece of black material hanging off a white hanger.

I see the thin straps and a lace trim around the triangular bust. It was a mid-thigh silk bodycon dress and would show off all my curves, which was always a good way to forget about your other problems if you have to keep thinking about and adjusting your dress all night.

"I forgot I had that one, I love it." I say, standing up from my bed whilst Stella holds the dress up against my chest.

I had already showered, and my hair and makeup was done fairly naturally. I had loose curls in my hair that fell just above my shoulders and a simple face, the only thing kind of drastic being my black winged eyeliner that Stella insisted on smudging slightly, so I looked like Effy from Skins?

I got out of my grey spotty dressing gown and put on the dress, Taylor and Stella putting all the other options back in my wardrobe, so they were turned away from me.

"Do you think I'll need a bra?" I say looking at myself in the mirror and tilting my head slightly for further inspection.

"No, you'll be able to see it. Not that it's an issue, but you look sexy as it is." Stella says coming up behind me to look in the mirror, her hands gently lacing up my sides. She suddenly dug her index fingers into the sides of my waist, making my flinch and arch my back in reflex.

"See. Your boob didn't pop out then, so I think you'll be fine." She says, a cheeky smirk pinned to her glossy lips. I rolled my eyes and started putting on my jewellery; a small silver necklace with padlock charm, my usual silver rings placed on my middle, index and ring fingers across both hands and the same diamond studs I wear everyday as I have too many piercings to bother changing any of them.

Stella looked stunning as always, wearing a tight white skirt that had a small slit in the left leg and a brown long sleeved crop top that had a lettuce trim on the lower edge and the sleeves. The colours worked so well with her natural olive skin and her makeup was the same as earlier, the brown eyeliner matching her top. She wore white hi-top converse on her feet and pink dangly gummy bear earrings that matched with her necklace. She had one simple silver ring on her right middle finger and her hair was curled as it usually is with two front parts pinned back out of her face.

Taylor also looked amazing in his black and white patterned shirt that was unbuttoned at the top, so his chest was showing and tucked into his black skinny jeans. He had a black belt with a silver buckle around his waist and black old skool vans on his feet. He also had a few rings and two silver necklaces, a left helix piercing being the only one in either of his ears. He always reminded me of Shawn Mendes.

"Damn Taylor, you are looking fine!" I say, dramatically looking him up and down whilst stroking my chin with my index finger and thumb. He turns way from the wardrobe, closing the doors and looking at me with confusion.

"And who do you think you're talking to Miss Don't Objectify People?" He replies, popping his hip out and resting his hand on it.

"I'm just saying I think you look good," I say shrugging my shoulders, "You do too Stell, I'm bloody jealous of you." They both smile and thank me as I walk over to my shoes, putting my hands on my hips and staring at them blankly.
