He was sure something big was coming as Joss didn't stop their he said "I guess it's time to take a hand over you company. Mr.knot. the shareholders are convinced by me and my fact that this company should be under me if it have to make progress

The company you made and work is just a wastebin which can't lead out of Thailand but when I'll be the CEO this company will grow just like my own. And so some of the shareholders sold their shares to me. And others I just bought it by power. So basically I have now total 73.87% of shares which it's self makes

It more than that of you and your father which in total is just 26.13%. and so now I am the initial owner of this business company.".

All the others just nodded while knot and his father just were shocked wtf just happened.knot asked "but wh.." and got interrupted by Joss "don't as when did this happen. Cause none of the shareholders were much interested in helping out a slow running company or more like a company which is a turtle in deer race. And they were planning since a year to let go. Then I came and this happened."

"So bye bye. You can leave now and I promise in next 2 minutes you will get a message that your so called 26.13% share have been bought by me to. You can go. Thanks for showing your faces"

And they both stood up and left with tension and tears. Of course they were afraid of their future. And the others dismissed to. Soon media flew this up that knot's family is now bankrupted

And so did other who invested and helped in form of money wanted their money back which at this point Knott and his family couldn't afford

As stated in written documents if money can't be given back then you are a fraud. That happened. Police came and arrested him and his father for "fraud". Just because he couldn't return the money.

All the hardwork was waste now and a jail case too now. Soon enough media shot up with blowing headlines

"A jailed drug dealer called TUTAH a university student commited suicide because rod depression in the jail. The dead body was found  with a blade mark in the wrist which the police stated as "he took the blade from the shaver"."

Arthit was broke. He didn't knew what was happening. Maybe everything just broke but a new news came along with it about Knott and his family which broke arthit and prem more.
