Lincoln slowly started to wake up and noticed that he was on a futon. Knowing that he wasn't at home or any of friend's places...Lincoln quickly sat up and looked around the room.

"Ugh. Why does it feel like Luna's playing bagpipes again?" Lincoln said. He tried to recall what happened, but only remembered leaving his household after his sisters started to fight with one another. Then...blank.

He was so caught up in this thoughts that he never noticed the beautiful woman with black and white hair

He was so caught up in this thoughts that he never noticed the beautiful woman with black and white hair. She was wearing a white kimono with a red slash. And had skin that was pale. The woman watched Lincoln

"I see that you managed to wake up okay." She said which snapped Lincoln out of his thoughts. He quickly looked at her and blushed since she was one of the most prettiest girls that he's ever seen. She had black and white hair along with pale skin. Which is complemented by the white kimono that she's wearing with a pale blue hair accessory in her hair.

"Y

"Y..Yes." Lincoln said.

"Good. I'm glad that you managed to get up okay without getting sick." The woman said.

"May I ask what your name is?" Lincoln asked.

"My name is Ami and I found you in the storm." Ami said.

"The storm? Oh my gosh...I have to go home to my family." Lincoln said before Ami interrupted.

"You're staying here. I won't allow you to go back to that family of yours." Ami said.

"But they're my family." Lincoln said.

"Are they though? Families support each other and help each other in times of need. When has your family ever supported you?" Ami said.

Lincoln tried to think of an instance where his family supported him...only to come with a blank. His sisters never supported his love of comic books nor loved his drawings. While his parents never showed up to any of the art shows or showed interest in what he's planning.

"They still love me." Lincoln said quietly.

"Do they? Your sisters take advantage of you and cause you nothing, but misery. They never allow you to date anyone except for your friend Ronnie Anne just because they think that you're a great fit. When in reality...you're just really good friends. They also make fun of your love of comic books and try to use you to further their own gain. Face it....the only sister who actually shows that they care is your little sister, Lily." Ami said.

"My parents.." Lincoln started.

"The same parents who let your sisters get away with everything while they blame you. They didn't even ask you...your side of the story and just ground you while they let everyone else get off the hook. They also are cowards who don't seem to take charge of anything." Ami said.

"I..I" Lincoln shuttered.

"You can't sit there and try to think of an excuse on what they've done to you. They don't care about you and only care about each other. Your parents only want the fame and recognition from your sisters while the sisters (excluding your baby sister) want to use you as their scapegoat and servant." Ami said.

"You're right. Everyone in my family, except for Lily, don't seem to care about me. They force me to help them with everything and don't do anything for me in return. They locked me out of the house just because I was bad luck even though nothing happened before that point. They also blamed me for the toilet clogging up without any evidence and laughed at me when I wanted to go to a comic book conviction. They even had the gall to kick me out of the room, take my sheets...keep me out of the kitchen and bathroom just because my sisters couldn't share a dress." Lincoln said.

"It's better for you to stay here and be with me than stay with them. I mean imagine what your life would've been like if you stayed with them and helped them despite every unfair thing that they've ever done to you or will do in the future." Ami said.

"I'll stay here and will live a life without them ruining mine." Lincoln said as he didn't notice Ami smile. He was finally hers and no one will keep him away from her.

Not even his family who treated him wrong for almost all of his life.
