Prologue Part 2

The next day, we see that in the Toretto's garage, Dom and Mia are talking with each other, Y/n, Maria, and Letty were working on a car. Jesse was there too. Then Brain pulls up and backs up outside the shop with a very rusted and broken down car on the flatbed truck he was driving. Then Dom and Y/n walk over, with Dom leaning against the entrance of the garage while Y/n just stands next to him as Brian got out of the truck.

Y/n: "What the hell is this?"

Dom: "What do you got?"

Brian: "This is your car."

Dom: "My car?"

Y/n: "Um, Brain. Not sure if you heard Dom correctly, but he said a ten-second car, not a ten minute car."

Jesse: "You could push this across the finish line, or... tow it."

That caused everyone in the garage minus Brian to have a good laugh.

Dom: "Couldn't even tow that across the finish line."

Y/n: "I agree."

Brian: "No faith."

Dom: "Oh, we have faith in you, but this isn't a junkyard. It's a garage."

Brian: "Pop the hood."

Dom: "Pop the hood?"

Brian: "Pop the hood!"

After they get the car in the garage, Jesse pops the hood with a crowbar.

Jesse: "2JZ engine, no shit!"

Brian: "What did I tell you?"

Dom: "I retract my previous statement."

Y/n: "I second that."

Jesse: "You know what? This will decimate all, after you put around fifteen-grand in it, or more. If we have to, overnight parts from Japan."

Dom: "Well put it on my tab at Harry's."

Jesse: "Yes!"

Dom: "I gotta get you racing again so I can make some money off your ass. There's a showdown in the desert called "Race Wars", and that's where you'll do it."

Y/n: "I'll tell you what, when you're not working at Harry's, you're working here. You can't find the right tool in this garage, Mr. Arizona, you don't belong near a car."

The two brothers then walk out somewhere else in the shop, as Mia says something to Brian.

Mia: "They own you now."

Later, Brian and the others are driving through the streets, with the parts strapped to the back of Brian's pick-up he drives for Harry. They then drive back to the garage and unload everything from engine parts to exhausts. Jesse also goes over certain things with the car Brian has and what it could looks like once finished.

Later, Leon, Letty, Maria, and Vince pull up to the Toretto house as Dom, Brian, Y/n, and Jesse are outside, with Y/n doing grill duty since they're having a barbecue there, and Y/n was normally always the guy who mans the grill when he became of age. Once Vince saw Brian, he just gave the food to Leon.

Vince: "I'm outta here."

Leon: "Come on, dog."

He then starts to walk away and back to his car.

Dom: "Vince, get over here and give us a hand."

Vince: "Looks like you got all the help you need, brother."

He then gets in his car and drives off.

Well, besides that, Y/n is seen cooking the chicken on the grill while also putting some BBQ sauce them as well.
