The Past That Haunts

Three Years Ago 

Luna was tidying up the tiny apartment her and her boyfriend were staying at. She would always clean up the place up since her boyfriend was always out working really late. It didn't bother her at all especially now. Once they first started dating, things were the best like any usual relationships. They would cuddle and watch movies all night, sleep together with legs tangled and bodies so close each other. 

But all that slowly started to be so foreign. 

Once he got a new job, he started to change which caught Luna's attention. He would come really late or until the next morning. He would stink of another's girl perfume. He would have his clothes especially his shirt stained with something that was red. It was either makeup specifically lipstick or blood. 

Luna was more worried about the blood. 

She knew that this new job of his was way different than she expected. More violent and dangerous. 

So she did what any girlfriend would do. 

She decided to follow him and see this new job of his.

That was clearly a mistake. 

One night, Luna followed him into the dark part of town and into this thick alley that no one dared to go. She questioned herself why he would go there. She swallowed her saliva as she kept herself hidden and followed him. As she followed him, she suddenly stopped as she saw a group of thugs circled around something or someone. She hid behind the brick wall as she could hear voices. Loud voices. 

"Yo dude! You finally showed up!" An unfamiliar voice was heard.

"Sorry I'm late dude! I was being with my girl." Her boyfriend replied with a laugh.

Luna wanted to see what was going on but she knew if she did then she would get in trouble. So she decided to stay hidden. 

"We found the cunts that owed us that 50 million. They only gave us 10." Another voice was heard and a sudden thump was heard. 

"Hmm...how disappointing.." 

She heard her boyfriend's voice suddenly changed. It was deeper and it sounded scary even. 

Her body was trembling and it wasn't because it was cold. She could feel the aura around the place had completely changed.

"What should we do boss?" 

"Cut their bodies in pieces slowly. Torture them to your desire. That way people can know not to mess with us." He said with venom in his voice.

Luna's eyes widen as she covered her mouth with her hands, not wanting to make a sound. 

Who was this man? Why is he doing this? Who are these men? Is this what's he been doing all this time?

There was so many questions that she needed answered. 

She took a deep breath as she slowly peeked from the corner to see two men on their knees with their hands behind their backs. They looked like they were bruised up pretty bad. One even looked like he was gonna pass out from all the bruises she could see. 

"Time for some fun." Another unfamiliar voice was heard, this sounded more sinister even though he was laughing like a maniac. 

"I wanna see and hear their screams."
