Kiara's POV
It's been a week since Rafe basically told me likes me. I really don't know I feel about him. I really don't. I mean, yeah, he's charming and everything but he's also the biggest dick I've ever met. So since I don't know what to do, I'm going to talk to Sarah today. I haven't seen Sarah in a couple weeks since that party. Why? I don't know. I guess we've both been busy. I mean, I've seen her at school and stuff. We just haven't really talked. I walked downstairs and told my parents I was going over to the Cameron's. I got in my car and made my way over. I haven't been to their house in like a month maybe? I don't know. It's been a good minute. So I make my way to their front door and knock. Soon the door is opened and Lydia, their mom, is smiling at me. "Hey, Kiara! It's been so long since we've seen you sweetie!" Lydia said while hugging me. "Hi, Mrs. Cameron. Is Sarah here?" I asked. "Yes. Sarah, Kiara's here!" Lydia hollered up the stairs. Soon, Sarah came down the stairs. "Hey, Kie! I've missed you so much!" Sarah said while hugging me like she hasn't seen me in a century. It sure has felt like it. "Okay, mom. Well, we'll be upstairs." Sarah said to her mom. "Okay, honey." Lydia said. We went upstairs and got to her room. We went and sat on her bed. "So, how have you been?" Sarah asked. Sighing, I took a deep breath. "Honestly, I've been better." I said, speaking truthfully. This whole Rafe situation is honestly stressing me out a little. "I'm sorry. About everything. About Rafe and all the shit he's done. If I would've known he was gonna act that way at the party, I would've locked his ass in his room." Sarah rambled. Damn. I feel bad for her. She thinks she's responsible for her older brother's actions. "Sarah, it's okay. It's not your fault. You didn't know that was gonna happen. Speaking of the party, why haven't you talked to me since then?" I asked. She opened her mouth to say something but then closed it. "I don't know. I just didn't want it to be awkward between us since you and Rafe had a fallout. I'm sorry." Sarah said, genuinely. "Sarah, mine and Rafe's situation isn't your problem, you know? We'll figure it out" "we? There's a we?" Sarah asked, smirking. Rolling my eyes, I said "Not yet. Maybe one day. I still have things to figure out." I said humbly. Sarah looked at me knowingly. "What do you mean?" Sarah asked. Taking a deep breath, I said "Rafe came to The Wreck the other day with another girl with him. At first, I was kinda jealous honestly. But then, I realized that me and him aren't together so why should I be jealous? I mean, he gets mad at me when I talk to other guys, especially JJ. But you don't see me flaunting it around. That's basically what he was doing the other day at The Wreck. But then. Oh, there's more. This is where it all changed. He pulled me aside and basically told me that I'm constantly on his mind and I'm the only girl he likes. If he likes me so damn much, then why does he do all this stupid shit and fuck things up? I mean, should I give him a chance?" I blurted out all in one breath. It felt good to tell someone. It looked at Sarah, waiting for a response. "My brother, Rafe Cameron, admitting to a girl that he has feeling for her? Never thought I'd see the day. But, I definitely think you should give him a chance. I mean, you won't know if anything's there if you don't give it a shot, right?" Sarah said. Smiling, I said "Right." Sarah added "By the way, if he fucks it up, I'll just kick his ass." We both laugh afterwards. We talked for a few more minutes before I realized I needed to leave since I had a shift at The Wreck. "Well, I have to go to work. I'll see you later?" I asked. "Yeah. Of course." She said. I was walking down the stairs when the front door opened. Guess who walked in? Rafe fucking Cameron. He shut the door and just looked at me. What the fuck do I do?

Rafe's POV
I just got home and when I walked through the door, I see Kiara. This is the first time I've seen her in a few days. Damn she looks hot. Snap out of it Rafe. Keep it in your pants dude. "Hey." I said. "Hi." She said walking towards me. "So, what are you doing here?" I asked, curiously. "What? Can I not be at your house? You do know I'm friends with Sarah right?" She asked, jokingly. "Whoa. Too many questions at once, babe. To answer your questions, yes and yes. She smiled and laughed at my response. She never laughs at me. She usually just scoffs at my dumbass remarks. "Oh my god. Hell must be freezing over. Is the Kiara Carrera laughing at something I said?" I asked, smirking. "Maybe. Or maybe I'm finally giving you a chance after all these weeks." She said, smiling. "Wait. You mean, you're actually gonna give me a chance?" I asked, shocked. "That's what I said, wasn't it?" She asked, sarcastically. Grinning, I said "About damn time, babe." Smiling, she replied "Hmm. Babe. I could get used to that."

Kiara's POV
This is where it all began. Buckle up, it's gonna be a bumpy ride.
