The night had gone on and I had woken up from a quick nap to find myself back in my bed. My mum walked into the room with my dad to break to break the news to us. But much to her disgust, as soon as Dad closed the door behind us he blurted out everything. After the babbling stopped, mum started to tell us about a spell that had been cast on random people, but collapsed on the floor, deep sobs shaking her body. I started to cry, but hid my tears as I dove under my duvet with Dad following behind me. He told me that he was going to go and call the ambulance. He told me to stay up here but I just ran and walked down the trail to where we were the night before.
I waited until the ambulance came screeching down the road and stopped in front of our house. I quickly ran to the house and told them everything that had happened. Quickly they blurted out a few words sounding like 'we've had many cases that have looked like that.' I ran in with them to find Mum stiff and quiet. They took one look at her and immediately started to place her on a stretcher. By the time Dad had come upstairs, she was in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
Weeks had passed and Mum was back at home and I was starting school again. I had gone back down the trail with Mum in a wheel chair as she was really weak. She had told me everything that had happened and had shown me where they meet. After the incident the spell must had worn off so now she doesn't turn into a witch at midnight. Dad had quit his job so we never had to move again. Luckily he had found another one. I had started school and found many of my Mum's friend's daughters to make friends with. All together we had made our family stronger for the better.
