Sophie Foster is a police officer. Throughout her career she's been trying to track down the infamous 'Lodestar'. A criminal that may have information about the mysterious death of a person that Sophie's never gotten over.

But when she finally catches him, he seems to know more about the deceased than meets the eye. Sophie will have to trust him. And through all the lies and the tricks, maybe she will find out more than what she wanted.

Secrets were dangerous. And danger was control.

And in a world full of chaos, who didn't want control?
