"So what're you going to do?" Mason asked shaking his head in disappointment

"I'm going to tell Cheryl first. Or I'll tell grandma first. Ughhh. I don't know." Toni said starting to get stressed out. Mason let out a sigh and went to sit next to Toni.

"Do what feels best for you. This is your life. So whatever you decide, whoever gets affected by this have to respect your choices." Mason said rubbing Toni's back. Toni just sighed and shook her head. She got up and left out the study. When she came back to the kitchen the two women were now in the living room.

She walked in and sat across from Ava and Cecilia. Toni looked at Ava with a irritable look and Ava noticed. She just looked away and started to talk to her mother-in-law. Toni pulled out her phone and texted Ava.

Toni put her phone in her pocket and left the room. Ava sighed knowing that Toni was going to have an attitude with her. Toni went in her room closing the door behind her. She plopped on the bed and stared at the ceiling. She sighed and she heard her phone ring. She looked at it and it was Cheryl.

"Hey, babe."

"Hey, babe. What you up to?"

"Nothing. Just sitting in bed. How about you?"

"Same. I got some news today!"

"What is it? It seems exciting."

"So a while ago, I sent an application to have a photoshoot with 'Seventeen'. I got the letter and they said I booked it!"

"Congratulations, babe! When are you going?"

"They said is a few months. 5 to be exact, if I'm not mistaken."

"You doing big things."

"Its minor. Nothing major."

"Nothing major? Babe, 'Seventeen' is a big magazine line. This is lowkey huge. Specially if they get sells. Babe, you're going to be a sellout."

"Stooopppp... you're making me blush."

"If so, then mission complete."

The girls talked some more until they both hung up. Toni put her phone down and started to think about how everything was going to play out. How she was going to make her Nana change her mind. This is going to be a long shot, but it's totally worth it. Toni texted her dad to see if he was in the study and he was. She walked there, avoiding the living room and entered to set up the plan.
