I stopped listening to Norah as soon as I turn up my AirPod without her noticing.

She's been telling me the same story for the past two hours and I have no idea what she's talking about.

Who the hell are these girls she's even talking about?

I put on a fake smile and nod along with what she's saying when I hear my phone go off and see it's my brother texting me that I have to go home.

I keep a neutral face but inside I'm doing my happy dance.

"This sounds like a really great story, babe, but my brother says I have to go home right now."

"Aww, okay then! Bye!"

Wow guess she can't wait to get me out of her hair.

Lately Norah has been acting off.

Like she gives zero fucks about how much time we spend together or how us making any sort of romantic contact is a major no to her.

We've been together for four months now and I'm those same four months I lost my best friend.

I wonder if she's alright. I've tried to contact her but she's blocked me out her life. I deserve that though after how I treated her the entire time I've been with Norah.

I guess that was the last straw of patience Ashlynn had because she grabbed her chancla and threw it at my brother's head.

"Estupido! Chance, my sweet, please go get me the beans. Make sure their from Goya!"

I nodded my head and grabbed my car keys and go to the store and grab Ashlynn's beans.

As I got into my car I noticed how I forgot my airpods case over at Norah's house.

I drive to her place and text Ashlynn that I've left them and will be home in a few.

I knocked on the door but no one answers. I knocked one more time but this time the door creaks open.

I poked my head in and looked around.

"H-hello?"

Silence.

I'll just go grab my case and leave.

As I walked up the stairs quietly I hear the faint noise of, grunting?

I get to Norah's bedroom door and head her screaming.

Adrenaline rushes through me and I slam the door open thinking she's in danger.

"Norah what's wro-"

I see Norah shriek when she sees me and covers her naked body quickly with a blanket and so does someone I thought was my friend.

"Chance what are you doing here?"

"I left my AirPods case. The door wasn't properly locked and I thought you were hurt now what the fuck is my teammate naked on your fucking bed? He definitely doesn't look like your little followers you gossip about every fucking day!?"

I didn't notice how I never stuttered while cussing Norah out.

But who gives a fuck right now.

"I-"

"Oh forget about it-no actually forget about me this was a waste of time and so were you."

I grabbed my case and flipped them both off while snapping a pic of them and walking out.

I'm pretty pissed and if there's one thing I've learned from Leia was that the best way to get back at the person I hate is to destroy them on social media.

I go to snap and post the photo while captioning it as: guess the bed wasn't as clean as she claimed it to be huh🤔

I go back home and throw the bag of beans onto the counter and just went to my bedroom and laid down while staring at the ceiling.

"...ance. Chance. CHANCE!!"

I jump up and start coughing since I choked on my saliva.

I rub my eyes and focus on who's voice it was.

"Leia?"

"Duh!"

I jumped on her and started to apologize like crazy.

"It's ok. Just happy your finally without her."

"I sho-should've t-trusted your inst-incts."

"Yep."

I get up and do what I had to in the bathroom and walk out again to see Leia tap the spot on my bed next to her.

"We should catch up huh?"

I smiled and nodded.
