A/N so I'm currently failing Science you guys and I'm trying to write and do schoolwork at the same time😣pls bare with me!!!!

"Do you think that when Leia wasn't here last time compared to her being here right now has improved your mood Mr.Hades?"

"Y-yes."

I smile softly at Chance. His therapy session was a success this time compared to the last one Dr. Rachel(his therapist) told us.

Chance and I walk out of the building hand in hand while I skipped down the steps happily.

"I-ice c-c-cre-eam?"

"Yes!"

I rush the both of us into my car and start driving.

"Ya know, when we finally get out of college we should move."

"W-where?"

"Maybe an apartment together or do you wanna leave Georgia and go to, I don't know New York City? Cali?"

"Uhhh, n-no ide-ea."

"It's okay!"

We get to our favorite Ice Cream place, "Sonny's Palace" and the moment I step outside I feel rain drops lightly coming down so I rush inside with Chance behind me.

I find us a seat and open up a chair for myself while Chance drags out the chair beside me for himself.

"Two cookie dough ice creams please."

The waitress writes it down and leaves but not without sending a 'sexy' wink towards Chance. I roll my eyes when she isn't looking and see Chance wasn't even paying attention. He was busy playing Among Us on his phone.

"You crew mate or imposter?"

"I-impo-poster."

I smile and decided to take his baby blue cap from his head when he wasn't looking.

After a couple minutes Chance stops playing his game the moment the ice cream arrives. I inwardly laugh as I notice he hasn't seen his hat is no longer on his head the entire time.

We finish our ice cream and Chance got up to go pay. He returns and finally sees his hat on my head.

"C-can I ge-et it b-bac-ck?"

I chuckle a little and shake my head.

"No way it matches my fit."

"Lee..."

I press down my hair from below the cap and laugh as he Chance rolls his eyes at me.

I get up and put on my black sweater and leave with Chance in front of me so we can get inside my car.

"You know late night drives while it rains are my favorite with you Chancey."

(A/n of I ever get a bf I will force him to take me out on late night drives while it's fcking raining idc)

Chance stares at me and smiles while I drive us back to his house.

I park the car in his drive way and go inside.

"Hey you two."

"Hi Ashlynn."

"H-hey Ash."

Ashlynn smiles at us and goes back to reading the mail. Chance grabs my hand and we go up the stairs.

"How was the ice cream?"

Chance and I jump and I almost fell of the stairs if it weren't for Chance keeping a tight grip on my hand.

We turn and see Chase standing outside his bedroom while smirking at Chance and I's hands.

"Good."

That's all I say and then I drag us to the bedroom.

"Wanna watch Spider-Man Far From Home?"

Chance nods his head and I put it on the TV.

Half way through the film I start to wonder what it'd be like to be MJ and have your guy best friend have feelings for you just how Peter Parker does for her.

I look to my side and see Chance dozing in and out of sleep. I lower the volume on the television and let him fall asleep.

I open up my Snapchat and see people have decided to quick add me. I have a few messages on it and I opened a few up.

I ignore the dumb attempts to ask me out and go back to watching to movie while Chance hugs me from behind like I'm his teddy bear.

At this point I am.

I once again think about what it should be like having someone admit their feelings for you and them being in love with you.

I look at the hands around my waist and that's when I realize something.

I'm falling in love with my best friend.

"Lee?"

Oh no. Stop it butterflies in my stomach!
