"Nevermind Baek you looked prettier than me during that competition ", said Y/n and patted Baek's head laughing her life out. "Yeah...I know Love but never more than you", winked Baekhyun, intertwining his hand with Y/n's hand.
It was a busy day accompanied by busy people and children going to their respective places. Time was ticking as Baekhyun and Y/n were cracking jokes and teasing eachother on their way back home, walking from their office. They both were married to eachother and yet both acted like small kids being loud and noisy, enjoying eachother's presence as best friends more than a married couple. Yes you heard me right! They both were best friends since their childhood and got married 2 years ago.
Standing at the door step Y/n was typing the password while Baek put his head on her shoulder and hugging her from the side. 'How cute', thought Y/n admiring him and gets in pulling him inside. As they walked in they parted their ways to the dining table and their room. Y/n put all the veggies and snacks on the table while Baek arrives there along with Mongryong and hugs her from behind and puts his chin on her shoulder. "Hyunnie......what happened???", asks Y/n turning to her human puppy who seems kinda off. "Jagi....Don't you think we are missing something???", "Hmm...I don't think so Baek". Baek pouts at this comment and walks to the counter and sits on it now watching Y/n who's busy arranging the dining table.
The lunch went on with their chitchats and jokes. They're mood was kinda off cause one their 3year old daughter Aera wasn't here as she was with her uncles Chen, Kyungsoo, Kai, Lay, Sehun and Chanyeol; two Baek and Y/n were tired after two whole months of hard work on their upcoming project to which they got a whole week as holiday from today. They were so busy with their work that they didn't spend much time with their daughter and family members😔. Baek was the CEO of the company while Y/n was the creative lead of the team in the same company hence these two would be together most of the time working late in the night and driving back home in the morning.
