Dying For Pie - Part 2

Sunday Afternoon, Same Day, 3:30pm
Outside The Mall

Alvin and Theodore were just about to enter the Mall

Alvin opened the door and held it open till Theodore was inside too

Once the pair were inside, Theodore pulled Alvin towards the joke Shop

"Oh Alvin, let's go inside there. They have lots of funny things in there! Lot's of funny costumes too!" begged Theodore

"OK fine, yes we can go inside" replied Alvin

The two looked around for a few minutes

Once they got to the fancy dress section in the shop, Theodore got more excited

"Hey Alvin, look at these costumes. Why don't I try the Banana one on and you try the Cactus one on?" asked Theodore

"Oh...yes I guess that's OK...can't believe Theodore talked me into this" replied Alvin saying the last part under his breath

Alvin and Theodore went to the changing rooms and tried the costumes on

Theodore tried the Banana costume on...

And Alvin tried the Cactus Costume on...

"Is that it now for trying on costumes?" asked Alvin

"No wait, Alvin please try this one on too. I will wear the Pizza one if you wear the Beer one" called Alvin

Alvin let out a sigh and went to the changing rooms with Theodore again

Theodore tried on the Pizza costume and Alvin tried on the bottle of beer costume

After trying on all the costumes, the pair changed back into there original clothes

Alvin looked over at Theodore and said "That's enough costume changing for me today bro"

"Can we leave the Mall now and head down to the Park?" asked Alvin

Theodore smiled and nodded and they left the Mall

Time Skip
At The Park

Alvin and Theodore had made it to the Park

Alvin did what Theodore asked him to go on

They went on the seesaw first and spent a few minutes on that

Alvin even admitted the seesaw was kind of fun

Then they went over to the swings

Alvin pushed Theodore and Theodore just kept asking Alvin to push him higher and higher

The pair had spent around half an hour at the Park and were about to leave

"That was great fun Alvin, I really enjoyed myself" said Theodore

"I'm glad you did, I enjoyed spending your last few hours with you too" replied Alvin

"What do you mean last few hours?" asked Theodore

"Um...just last few hours of daylight" Alvin said quickly

"Oh, shall we head back home now?" asked Theodore

"Yeah, let's go back home" replied Alvin

Back At Dave's House

Alvin and Theodore had just got back to Dave's House

After 20 minutes or so of being back, Theodore needed the toilet and Alvin expected the worst

"Is this it? Is this the last time I will see Theodore before that bomb inside him goes off? Oh, poor Theodore..." Alvin thought to himself

Theodore went to the toilet and Alvin stood outside the door with a worried look on his face

Brittany noticed Alvin standing outside the bathroom door and walked over to him

"Hey Alvin, what's wrong?" asked Brittany

"That's the last time I will ever see Theodore. The pie must have digested in his stomach now and he will go BANG any second" replied Alvin

Brittany let out a giggle and asked "What makes you think Theodore will go BANG?"

"He ate one of them new pies Dave has bought...and the pies are bombs. It said on the box 'explosive meat and potato pies' "explained Alvin

Brittany let out another giggle

"Alvin, those pies aren't bombs silly. The box said explosive on it, meaning explosive in flavour. Theodore isn't going to explode" explained Brittany

Alvin looked at Brittany with a surprised look on his face

"Are you being serious right now?" asked Alvin in a surprised voice

"Yes, I'm being serious. I don't think Supermarkets would be allowed to sell food that is made with bombs inside that make you explode" replied Brittany with a giggle

"Oh man, I feel so stupid now" admitted Alvin

"I thought that once you left with Theodore" said Brittany

"Hold on a minute. So if Theodore hasn't eaten a bomb and isn't going to explode...then I have spent this afternoon doing things I don't enjoy with him for nothing" said Alvin with a sigh afterwards

"Don't worry about it Alvin, we all make mistakes. Besides it has probably brought the two of you closer as brothers" replied Brittany

Theodore came out of the bathroom and saw Alvin and Brittany talking

"Hey you two, hope everything is OK" said Theodore

"Yeah everything is fine bro. I think I am going to go on my games for a few hours now before bed" replied Alvin

"Can I watch you?" asked Theodore

"Yeah sure" replied Alvin

"I want to watch you too. Your really fun to be around when your stressing yourself out on games" called Brittany with a small laugh afterwards
