Hannah Longbottom was completely and utterly flabbergasted when Ginny Weasley walked into her restaurant and asked if her little sister, who Ginny had seemed to hate at school, was there yet. None the less, she led Ginny over to a booth, and frantically awaited her sisters arrival. Her and Flo were close. They told each other everything. But, after 20 years of being Flor's sister, she has learned that she is most definitely not an open book. If anything, Florence Abbot is the book in the back of the restricted section that someone would only open because they needed it for Professor Snape's potions essay.
After about 10 minutes, Florence came into the Leaky Cauldron. She walked up to Hannah, who pointed to Ginny's table. Before Flo walked over to the table, Hannah grabbed her arm and shot her a we are talking about whatever the fuck is happening right now after this look, to which Flo responded with a nod.
"Sorry I'm late, I couldn't find the shoes I wanted to wear." Florence said, sitting down across from Ginny.
"Have you been waiting long?"
"No, only like 10 minutes." Ginny said with a smile, taking a sip of her butterbeer, as Florence drank some of her water.
They sat in an awkward silence for a few minutes, which Ginny decided to break.
"I didn't know you were so close with my brothers. How'd that happen?"
"Oh, well, my roommate Zelda works at their shop and she started dragging me along to things so we kind of just... you know, became friends." Ginny smiled at her response.
"Well, I'm glad you'll be there to keep them in line. They need a sturdy edge sometimes. You can be their new Percy!" Ginny said, laughing.
"Wow. I mean I knew I was a little uptight but now I'm gonna have to completely reinvent myself if your comparing me to Perfect Percy." She said, mocking offense.

The rest of the "date" went well. The two girls spent around 2 hours catching up. It probably would have been even longer if Ginny didn't get called by Molly to go back to the burrow. Once Ginny got up, Hannah made aggressive eye contact with her sister, beckoning her over to the bar.
"Okay, when did that happen? I thought she hated you?" Hannah said excitedly. She knew how her sister had felt about the Weasley girl, and she was incredibly happy, but she didn't want to see Flo get hurt again.
"You, dear sister, can thank Georgie for that one. She was back in town for Percy's birthday, and George just sprang it on me that he set us up." Flo responded giddily.
"I never in my 22 years of life thought I would be thanking Percy Weasley for getting my sister a girlfriend." Hannah said, laughing in shock.
"She's not my girlfriend, Han. Just my friend."
Why did it hurt to say that? That Ginny was just her friend.
"Yet, anyways. Now, get out of here. Your coming to dinner with Nev and I tonight at our flat. No complaints." Hannah said, hitting her sister with the rag in her hand.
