Kids

Cormac's POV:
I walk into Zola and Ellis' room. I walk over to Ellis picking her and her stuffed animal up. I walk her to the car and buckle her in her car seat. Meredith already got her stuff packed as well as Bailey, Zola, and Austin's. We are ready to go, I just have to get all of the kids to the car. I go back inside get Bailey buckle him in the car and then walk back in to see Meredith sitting our room with Austin. Austin is eight Ellis is five Zola is nine and Bailey is six so they're all really close in age. Austin absolutely loves Meredith and is attached to her hip. "Good morning buddy." She says as he crawls into her lap hugging her "morning" he replies rubbing his eyes. "Wanna go on a trip? In an airplane?" Meredith asks he looks up at her "yes!" He says excited but sleepy. "Okay you can stay in your pjs if you want." She replies. I'm standing in the door way smiling at them as they talk. She was so good with kids but was even better with mine. She loves and cares for the boys like they're hers. Austin crawls up so he's hugging her more wrapping his hands around her neck. She hugs him back placing her hand on his hair that was newly braided. She kisses him on the cheek as he says "daddy!" I smile and walk in to the room. "Morning baby boy." I say. He smiles and Meredith smiles too. "Morning. We're going on a big trip!" He says excited I chuckle a little "I know! Are you excited?" I ask Austin nods. "Okay let's go." Meredith says standing up she turns around holding Austin to look at me. She leans forward and kisses me quickly and soft before she walks out of the room. I walk into Zola's room. "Zozo.." I say softly she moves around but doesn't wake up. "Zozo, come on I have a surprise for you." I say turning the light on. She pulls the blanket above her head. "Come on sweetie." I say walking over sitting on the edge of her bed. "No." She whines as Mer walks in. "Come on Zozo." She says so zola pops her head out of the blanket to look at Meredith. "Wanna go to the beach on vacation?" Meredith asks her Zola nods. "K then get up throw on some comfy clothes and let's go." She says then walks out, I follow her and walk to Bailey's room. "Derek Bailey!" She says. He doesn't move "hey why so aggressive?" I ask she looks at me and shrugs. "Bailey bud." I say. "See this is why they don't wake up for you." She exclaims. I look at her and shake my head as she walks to the light switch. "Derek Bailey shepherd get up." She yells as he shoots up. "What?" He asks with his eyes barley open. "You have five minutes to get dressed and ready to go for vacation or I'm leaving you here." She says walking out of the room. I roll my eyes. "Come on buddy get dressed you can go back to sleep in the car." I say then follow Meredith. I start walking up behind her putting my hands on her hips. "What was that about?" I ask. She leans into me. "I'm tired." She replies. I laugh and kiss her neck "I can tell babe." I say wrapping my hands around her waist placing them on her stomach. I keep kissing her neck as she sighs a little bit "babe... you gotta stop." She says I move away from her neck the smallest bit and chuckle. "Why?" I ask "because we have five kids and if you keep doing that we'll end up with six." She says making me laugh. "I love you." I say softly "I know." She replies I playfully gasp "rude!" I say spinning her so she's facing me she playfully rolls her eyes "fine I love you too." She says smiling as her lips meet mine. She pulls away "k we have to go." She says walking away so I follow her.

Meredith's POV:
"Mommy look! I see water!" Ellis says pointing out of the plane window. I smile "yeah baby were landing." I reply. Zola looks at me scared "what's wrong?" I ask she starts to cry a little "didn't your sister die from a plane?" She asks. I make a sad. "Not like this one." I reply wrapping my arm around her. The plane only sits three in a row so I was in the middle of Zola and Ellis. Cormac is in front of us sitting with Bailey and Austin then Liam is behind us by himself. Liam is the oldest out of all five kids so we trust him to be by himself.

"Stay with me." I say to Ellis and Zola as we all walk to get our bags in the airport. We get to the place where our bags are. We grabs them and walk out of the airport to find our rental car.
