After dance I ran home as fast I could, so I didn't have to see Riley.
Since I seen her kiss Eldon, jealousy just rushed into me. I never thought she would fall for him. Eldon! He's awkward, weird and ugly!
Riley's POV
I made father supper and then ate my leftovers and then rushed up into my bedroom and take out the phone that mom got me before she died and I decided to text Eldon.
RILEY- Hey Eldon👋
ELDON- Hey, what's up?¿
RILEY- Nothing much, what about you?
ELDON- Nothing...I just gotta ask you something.
RILEY- Okay so ask me.
ELDON- Will you go out with me😉😅
RILEY- Oh...sure.
ELDON- Awesome! How about we go to culture shock before dance tomorrow?

I turn my phone off and think. Oh my gosh! Eldon actually asked me out and I said yes! I'm so excited! But then I kept thinking....where did the voice in my head go?
