Theory #1 (Toga & Monoma are Siblings) + Adding More People

When the timer was up, everyone moved back to their seats.

Before we start the next session of this reaction, I will be adding more people to join you.

'I wonder who they will be adding.'

A blue portal with yellow highlights, similar to Kurogiri's quirk, appeared in front of the giant television screen. Out stepped Shinsou Hitoshi, Monoma Neito, TetsuTetsu TetsuTetsu, Vlad King, Kendou Itsuka, Ms. Joke, and a few more Pro heroes.

"Brooooo!" Kirishima shouted. "Brooooo!" The metal version of Kirishima replied. Bakugo and Monoma locked eyes for a second. Monoma was about to shout something about Class 1-B being better than the other class but he looked over at Kendou, who in turn gave the quirk copier a threatening glare. Monoma glared one final look at Bakugo and then walked towards the seats. The new members sat down in empty seats, they were already told what to do beforehand. Kendou sat with TetsuTetsu next to class 1-A, Vlad King and the other new pros sat down with their fellow heroes, and Monoma sat next to Kendou with Shinsou sitting next to him. Aizawa glared at Monoma. 'I thought I said no loud blondes, Shinsou.' Everyone looked at the screen again and waited for the video to play.

Theory #1: Monoma Neito & Toga Himiko are Siblings

The title was a shocker. Everyone besides Toga and Monoma looked at the two. Neito sat in shock while the other crazy blonde stayed suspiciously quiet. Shinsou put a hand on Monoma's shoulder and glared at the class. The theorist sat up in his chair, clearly looking forward to this. The video began to play. 

"...it involves two characters that have actually never met. Monoma and Toga. You see there's seemingly no connection between these two and neither has ever talked about the other but let's really think about it real quick. If you take the two of these and put them in a room and start to compare and contrast them, there's actually a lot of things that link them.

Toga and Monoma are both blondes living in Japan and often this is something that's notable because in media the trope is that natural blonde hair isn't something you see often in Japan.

Usually you'll find that blonde residence in anime either have a wig, they've dyed their hair, or they have a foreign parent, which was also part of the reason that a lot of people speculate that All Might has an American parent.

"I guess it is kind of rare..."

The point is, the trope of blonde haired characters in a Japanese school is meant to imply that their heritage is somewhat foreign and this is even the case with the Pony girl in class 1-B who is literally from America and has blonde hair if I remember correctly.

So here we have these two blonde kids that are always smiling, but that's a surface level similarity sure like let's look at both of them individually.

Toga is 17; so she's a little bit older than Monoma, and we know that thanks to the current League Of Villains versus quirk liberation army arc that she is the first daughter of the Toga family..."

'So young, what happened to her...'

"Now we haven't really seen much of Toga's early life but from what we've seen her parents have a really nose up I'm-better-than-you mentality. Curious says that the family is actually fairly prestigious so that implies that they're rich, and that tells you everything you need to know about their behavior because once again we know the tropes about how rich parents act in anime.
