Looks: SCP-4514 takes the form of a translucent 14 year old girl with pale skin, light brown hair, and pure white eyes. She wears a light blue 50's dress with a pink ribbon around it along with a light blue headband with a pink bow. Also her legs are missing.
Personality: SCP-4514 is quite the trickster. She absolutely loves using her abilities to scare Foundation staff and even other SCPs. Most of the time she's playful but will always look after others no matter what.
Likes: Playing with her toys, drawing and talking to herself
Dislikes: loud noises, people who take things to seriously, mentions of her legs.
What makes her an SCP: SCP-4514 is able to phase through any solid matter, fly, make objects float and create hallucinations.
Containment procedures: SCP-4514 is to be kept in a small room filled with toys, books and crayons to keep her occupied. SCP-4514 must also be kept under heavy surveillance.
