Chapter 11

The following week went by fast. Draco got a letter from his mother saying she wanted to have lunch with him to discuss the wedding. He got out of bed, showered and went to work. He arrived at work right on time and went to attend to his patients.

His first parent was a 4 year old girl. Wow she kinda of reminds of Hermione with her hair, He thought to himself.

"Hello sweetheart, what may I ask is your name?" Wondered Draco.

The little girl looked up at him shyly. She then looked over to her mother and she nodded.

"My name is S-Stacy, "she replies stuttering.

"Well it's lovely to meet you Stacy, I'm Healer Malfoy but you pumpkin can call me Draco."He says smiling. "Now what may I ask is the reason you and your mother are here Stacy."

"Well um I was playing with my fwriend outside and I did magic but not on puwpose I pwomise. And I fell on the gwound and I cut my arm and it weally hurts." She explains tearing up in front of him.

"Well then I better get right to it and get you all better so you can play when you go and than I'll sneak you a lollipop to make you feel better." He says but whispering the last bit to only her about the lollipop. She nodded eagerly.

When Draco was finished with his patients he decided to go on lunch seeing as it was noon already. He wiles his mother telling her he's floo to the manor now for lunch.

When he flooed to the manor his mother was waiting to greet him but unfortunately for him she wasn't looking too happy. When she saw him she turned on her heels and when towards the dining room.

"What is the matter with you Draco. I'm trying to get you a wife who is beautiful and kind and intelligent just like Astoria and now you won't even talk to her or even visit her now that she's on house arrest because of Mr. Potter." His mother had a sad expression on her face and it killed him to see it.

"Mother I don't want to marry Astoria. She might she like those things to you but the me she just seems like a psychotic bitch to me. She went to Hermiones office and slapped her PA and then attacked her. Mother please just let me get a wife on my own. One that I love and want to spend the rest of my life with and the one that will carry your future grandchildren. Please mother all I need is time."

His mother looks at him with utter surprise. He's never said anything like this before and then she realised.

"Who is she?"
"What?" Draco exclaimed. "What are you talking about?"
"Draco I'm no fool. I'm your mother and every mother knows when his son is in love."

Draco looked at his mother is surprise. " She's um Hermione Granger."

His mother had a horrified expression printed across her face.
"Excuse me,"

"Well technically she's not a Granger not a Zabini. She's Hermione Zabini and I'm in love with her and I have been for years. Blaise told me that you were or rather are her godmother and that father is her godfather and I really really want to marry her but it's just to soon and we are not ready and I've wanted to tell you this for ages but I was after you would of disapproved about our relationship," he explained rapidly in one breath.

His mother stood there in shock and didn't know what to say. She thought that her goddaughter died she didn't know she was alive and that fact that her son is in love with her.

"Hermione's alive and you-you lover her. Omg Draco my baby I approve of course I approve I'm going to have grand babies with platinum blonde curls ohhh I can't wait now I'm as excited as ever. Oh I better tell Lucius and get him to dissolve the contract between you and Astoria. And then I can start planning everything for your wedding oh I'm so excited.
