Hermione was finally done at the Ministry and she could go home to my soon to be husband. Yes she's finally engaged to Ron Weasley. They are are getting married in 2 weeks.
She arrived home and when she walked into the house they bought together she heard moaning coming from her bedroom. She walked in on something she thought she never thought she'd see her assistant Cathy and Ron. But this time they weren't snogging each other faces off they were having sex on her and Rons bed, in their bedroom in their fucking home. She felt disgusted and walked out from the bedroom without them knowing she was there. Hurriedly she collected all of her things and left the engagement ring on the counter and left the house without looking back

It's been a couple weeks sine she broke off her engagement to Ron. Hermione has been looking for another apartment just for herself. She finally came across an apartment outside of the wizarding world. The apartment was located in muggle London.
Hermione was packing boxes to move into her new apartment when she heard a crack coming from downstairs. Since it's Hermione we're talking about she sneaked downstairs wondering who the guests were.
When she went downstairs and saw her parents in the kitchen and thought little of it. However, that's when she heard crying coming from the kitchen. It was her mother Jean.
"Mam are you okay why are you crying?" Hermione asked her mother concerned. But there was no response for Hermione's mother instead her father Richard answered.
"Honey we have to tell you something important. Please can you sit down." Her dad replied. Hermione nodded and sat down across from her parents and he dad continued.
"Well it's not easy to say this but we are not your biological parents. Your biological family are the Zabini's. You have a twin brother who I think you know. He goes to Hogwarts, Blaise Zabini. I'm sorry we didn't tell you sooner." Her dad explained.
Hermione didn't know what to say she was so shocked. This entire time she thought she was a muggleborn or mudblood as some people would called her but She was actually a pureblood.
"We are so sorry we didn't tell you sooner but honey you will always be our little girl." Her mother said with tears in her eyes.
"I believe you mam but I have to go and unpack my apartment." She told her mother trying not to let the tears slip but not matter how hard she tried to keep the tears at bay she just couldn't.
However at the exact same time Hermione's twin brother Blaise was being told about Hermione's presence in their family. The only difference was her birth parents are explaining why they gave her up in the first place.

"So this whole time I was being a jerk to my own sister. To be more precise my fucking twin sister. Why didn't you tell me this before." Blaise exclaimed annoyed at them.
"We couldn't let anyone know until Voldemort was defeated. We had to give her up because he was enslaving all pureblood girls that were to be born. When we found out that he didn't know I was pregnant with twins the Granger's adopted him so I put a glamour spell on her so she looked like the Granger's. We did it for her own protection." His mother explained making sure he took in every single word she said.
"Is that all you wanted to discuss with me." Blaise asked my parents.
"Yes that's all you can go back to your apartment if you like. Tell Draco, Pansy and Theo that I said hello." His mother responded. He nodded and then apparated to the Granger's home.

Hermione was unpacking the boxes when she heard someone enter her apartment by Floo. She went to see who it was. When she saw who it was she was shocked to say the least. How did he find out were I lived she thought. Hermione noticed that he was drunk when he stumbled a bit trying to walk forward and instead tripped over his own feet.
Ron went up to Hermione.
"You. You are a fucking Bitch!! You think you can just walk out on me with no explanation or reason why!!!" He shouted pissed. He was furious with Hermione. He grabbed her hair and pulled her up. Hermione was whimpering in pain and suddenly she screamed when he throw her against the wall.
"We are engaged. You can't just walk out on me." He exclaimed kicked her in the stomach and hit her arms and legs while she was huddled in a ball crying.
Next thing she knew Ron wasn't hitting her anymore but she could hear HIM yelping in pain. With the strength she had left she stood up leaning against the wall and saw a blonde man punching him. The man stopped and looked at her and the last thing she remembered were stormy grey eyes and then nothing everything went black.

Blaise knocked on the Granger's front door and a man and woman who he was guessing were Mr and Mrs Granger opening the door.
"Hi I'm Blaise Zabini. I'm -, "
"Looking for Hermione." Mr Granger interrupted but he just nodded.
"Sorry sweetheart but she is not here she's in her new apartment in London. Here's her address." Mrs Granger said and handed Blaise a piece of paper with her address on it. He was about to turn around and walk away after he thanked her but Mr Granger grabbed his arm and turned him around to face the two.
"Take care of our little girl." Mr Granger told h. Blaise nodded and turned around apparating to the address to find my long lost twin sister.
