"So what will it be?" Rebecca states at me with a grin look on her face as if she knows what I will choose. I know what I'll choose, why am I even hesitating on this! I extend my arm to her.......and grab the bottle, with one swift chug I swallowed the exiler. " you had the chance you know, to walk away from this all, why? Why did you choose to remember?" She looks confused, I am as well, I mean I couldn't just do that to Selene right? That would probably break her heart. Suddenly Rebecca tackles me down, "OH you humans are so adorable, oh I wish you would've fallen in love with me over her." She pouts as she squeezes my face into her check. How'd she know? Crap I can't breath!!

"Could you maybe let go of me?" I say almost suffocating. She lets go and I gasp for air, "h-how do you know I like Selene?" She giggles, and she pats my head like a owner dose to their dog after they were finally house broken.

"Oh I just made a guess, I mean you two seemed pretty close, and well you both kinda talk in your sleep." I sit there for a moment just shocked kinda, Selene was talking in her sleep about me? Wait I was talking about Selene in my.....my face goes red hot.

"What did we exactly say!" She's giggling now at my embarrassment,

"Want the clean version or the PG version" she sticks her tongue out playfully, she laughs and I hear someone stumble behind us, please not a zombie.....I turn and I'm tackled to the ground person. "Please don't eat me, I taste terrible!" I grab my attacker by its wings and pull it off me...wait wings? I look at my attacker, it's Selene, but she's asleep?

"Aw even when she sleeps she still finds a way to make you blush." Dang it.... I pick Selene up and carry her to the couch, why am I always carrying her? I place her on the couch and I turn to Rebecca that's head first into my ice box. "Do you have any junk food at all!" She throws my vegetables out of the ice box onto the floor, I just pick them up and place them onto the counter. I sigh as she continues to raid my icebox for the nonexistent junk, I look over to the couch and see Selene curled up in a ball asleep.

I head upstairs to take a quick shower, all I can think of is what had transpired the past two days. I hear someone bang on the door, and I hear them scream something to me but I was too enticed by the warm water going down my face to even care. I step out a while later and dry off, my feet tingle when they touch the cold tiles, when I finish drying off I head to my room to grab a new shirt, stepping out of the bathroom I accidently bump into Rebecca.

"didn't you hear me yelling?" she says angrily, I stretch and yawn I couldn't hear a dang thing anyone could say.

"What did you want? I was in the shower and I couldn't make out what you were saying" I say confused slightly. She gives me a dumb look and rolls her eyes, then smiles.

"Selene wanted to talk to you in private, I got a little excited so I just had to rush you out of there....maybe" She gets closer to my ear, "she wants you to be her boyfriend, ooooo or even make out, you kids" She begins to fake cry, "You make me feel so old, you kids grow up so fast." Suddenly the bag of peas I had set on the table comes flying up and smacks Rebecca to the ground, I check to see if she's ok and she isn't she out, I look down towards the direction of the peas to see Selene standing there face bright red.

"Is she going to be ok?" I ask trying to pick her up, "She's heavier than you..." It takes all my strength to pick up Rebecca, but I finally am able to and I carry her to the couch. "So why'd you throw my family's peas?" Selene looks flustered at me and sighs.

"She was just saying a bunch of stuff trying to embarrass me, not like stupid humans can make a holy angel embarrassed, but I just hate listening to her." We hear Rebecca groan she's still knocked out, ironically I take the said peas that did her in and placed them on her newly formed bruise. "sheesh, shes annoying as hell, Can we go somewhere private? I need to discuss somethings with you." I nod and we head to the only place I can think of that is private, my room.

We sit on my bed and I stare out the window waiting for her to start talking. "So...Uhm..." she's at a loss of words. She looks down and holds her hands on her head trying to figure out what to say, for some reason she isn't acting like her normal self. I place my hand on her head and rub her head.

"It's fine Selene take your time, whatever you need to say must be very important to you so give it a sec-" I'm interrupted by her gently grabbing my hand, my heart races at the very touch of her seemingly perfect skin, I swallow hard and hold her hand. "Are you okay?" She nods and she places my hand on her chest, I'm a little nervous when she does.

"How do you feel when you feel mine beat." I finally realize that my perverted mind got the better of me, she just wanted me to feel her heart beat?

"I feel like, your hearts lonely, or better to say looking for another half to become whole." She smiles at me and closes her eyes, she begins to moves closer to me, I think she's trying to kiss me. I lean in as well, crossing my fingers hopping this is what she wanted. Right before our lips touch Rebecca busts in angry.

"What was that all abo-.......Oooooo so you did want him alone for this" she peevishly winks at the two of us. Selene turns red and shoves me off the bed,

"S-Shut up you heathen, get out!" Rebecca giggles as she wraps her arms around Selene.

"Oh baby doll you're so cute you make me just want you for myself-" Suddenly evenly went silent, but Rebecca and Selene kept moving their lips as if they could still talk...did i just go deaf? My head pounds and the silence slowly gets to me, I get up and walk outta the room and step into the bathroom. Locking the door I slowly sink to the ground and breath steady, what is happening? my head feels like it's going to explode, and the void of noise has been replaced with a ringing noise, Jesus H Christ just have this end. I feel pounding on the door of the bathroom, they're obviously worried about me just have to breath in.....and out.....in....out. Moments later my hearing is returned to me and I hear yelling.

"HEY DANTE OPEN THE DAMN DOOR! WHAT WRONG?" I hear Rebecca's rare serious voice, it's somewhat cute. I stand up and look into the mirror, my nose is bleeding for some reason and my face is pale. What happened? My hand shakes and I feel sick. Then the door busts open, and all I hear are their gasps of fear, then nothing as my head hit the ground.........

I wake up a little while later in my bed, I look around, there's no one here. I get up and head to the bathroom, my face looks normal again. What the hell was that exactly? Why'd I look so dead! I sigh and head downstairs to see Rebecca and Selene sitting at the table talking quietly, I quietly sneak close enough to hear,

"It's his fault he's doing it to him." Rebecca says with a bit of malice in her voice. Selene nods and cups her cheeks in her hand.

"What're we going to do? We can't let him-" Rebecca cuts her off.

"Gonna stand there forever Dante?" I grunt a bit, how'd she know I was there? I step out and they both look at me. "Feeling better?" I rub my eyes,

"I feel somewhat better, but I'm still a bit dizzy." Rebecca walks over and places her hand on my shoulder.

"Don't worry I can fix this." Rebecca then left out the door, I look at Selene and she looks as confused as I was. It's kinda weird seeing Selene act like a normal girl for once, I don't know how long she'll act this way, but hopefully it lasts. I press my hand to my chest and feel for my heart, it's racing and it feels good. I chuckle and I feel the same sensation as before, but this time I feel a sharp pain in my skull, like a knife stabbing into it. Suddenly I say something and I fall down, and everything fades to black.
