L:

I have no words

--

"Now, we should probably head inside, we're gonna leave soon." Ash sighed,

"Yeah," I cleared my throat. "See you on the other side..."

"See you then."

Ash walked back inside, leaving me to collect my thoughts, this entire situation itself was insane.

Once I had made my way back inside, I found myself drifting over to Camila. She was crying and still balled up in the position I had last seen her in.

"Camila-"

"Lauren, I'm sorry."

"Honey, I'm not the one you need to apologize to." I sighed, putting my arm around her "You may not get the chance later."

"I know."

I paused for a moment and looked at her. She was absolutely shattered.

"So why are you still sitting down?"

"Lauren, I am not in the mood for this right now." She whimpered, overwhelmed by the situation

"Karla Camila Cabello Est-"

"I never forgave myself." Camila sighed, cutting me off.

"I don't think you ever will." I stood up "But the absolute LEAST you can do is apologize"

I began to walk towards my group, who began gathering by the doors, but not before shouting.

"Dinner tonight, Salmon-"

I saw Camila chuckle, and give me a nod, but even still, I had never seen her cry like that before.

Once I had gathered with Alicia, Zayn, and Rosalía, we made our way to the minivan parked out front. The weather was gloomy and cold, the windows fogged from our nervous breaths. I could feel the tension in the car, as we pulled up to our designated spot.

We were parked in the front of the building, by all the glass windows. I could see another group in a car across the way. They were all huddled together, and looking at a screen.

The intercom crackled, and we focused our attention on the small remote emitting the sound.

"Hello everyone, my name is Rob Stringer, CEO here at S1." The man cleared his throat. "This mission has been long coming, but now with the excuse to execute it, we all sit here today. "

I looked over at Alicia, who gave me a small nod, and a calming smile.

Rob continued over the intercom.

"Now, this has been put together by our brightest minds, and the possibility that this will work is highly possible. That being said, if you or any of your group members are in obvious trouble, and are in need of extra support, let us know."

Our driver handed us earpieces, and we tuned them according to the intercom channel.

"We're almost ready to begin, so tune your earpieces and get ready. First wave, move in..."

The car across the way's doors opened, and the 4 climbed out. Grabbing guns, and tapping earpieces,

The last moment of silence, was over-

they began their assault. Shooting some of the many glass windows, and walking through them. The screams and cries echoed around the building, the noise would easily be heard from miles away, it wouldn't be an easy thing to cover up.
