“Wh-Wh-When did you get here Fo-Foxy?” you stutter while trying to cover your body. “I got here a second ago, you left the door open.” he says as he walks over towards you. He runs his cold hook over your cheek and a shiver runs down your spine. “Can you get out… while I change please…” you mutter while blushing wildly. Suddenly you hear a door creak open “Foxy? Are you in here?” you hear Bonnie ask. Foxy puts his hand over your mouth and says “Coming lad!” he then looks at you “See you later lassie~” he purrs before walking away. You swear that your heart was beating faster than any drum role.  You breath in then out a few times before slippin on your uniform and walking outside.

You see (f.n.) __________ walk towards you, his sly smile even bigger than usual, something is up. “Hey (y.n.) __________! You look marvelous in your uniform.” He says, you were about to say something to reply, but you notice that Foxy was eyeballing you from the table he sat in and you flushed red. “Next week we will be sponsoring a ball, that will be held at the Hilton’s ballroom.” He says “It is mandatory that all of the staff show up, so I expect you to be there.” You blink a few times; your mind stil trying to register what he said. “A ba-ball?” you asks and he responds “Yes a ball, it’s a fundraiser to help support orphans. You will receive more information about I throughout the week, but for now get back to work.” He says and walks away.

After the store opens you start to work your hardest, you know non of the others who work there, so you found it kind of awkward talking to all your co-workers. While walking to a family, who had ordered more drinks that was even possible to carry, you trip and only manage to save one, a cream soda. “I-I-I’m so so-sorry!” you stutter as you drop to your knees and begin to frantically pick up the broken pieces of glass. The family stares down at you with pitiful faces, and suddenly you see another hand reach out and start to pick up glass with you. You look up to see a man with short, brown hair and hazel eyes, you flush a little pink, but say nothing as you two silently pick up all the glass.

Afterwards you return to the kitchen to fetch some more drinks for the family. No other tragedies happen for the rest of the day, but you still wonder, who was that man? You walk back into the changing room and look around, no foxy this time. You change out of your uniform and walk to the break room, where you see the man that helped you before once more. You freeze up for a minute; it’s been a while since you talked to anyone else you don’t know, except for foxy that is. But before you could decide whether to flee or chat with the man, he approaches you while you were debating and put a hand on your arm. You jump at his touch and look up at him “Yes?” you mutter. “Don’t be such a klutz next time, we want to manage a good reputation of this place.” He says. You scowl “Now, I don’t care who you are mister, but do not tell me how to do my job.” You say in a low tone. “Now we’re speaking up?” he asks with a sly grin. You feel your cheeks flush red, “I-I-I just…” you mutter. Luckily Bonnie walks in and calls for the man, “Well I must go do m work.” He says as he walks away “By the way, the name’s Jake.” He shuts the door, leaving you alone once more in the room.

You walk out of the break room and hear a song being blared, “He rode the wave from St. Pierre. And never saw the jail.” You walk towards Pirate’s Cover, where the music seems to be coming from. “He hoped the fog was thick enough. To make another run” You look to see a crowd of many singing along and facing the stage. And on the stage stood Foxy with a fiddle, and a little band behind him. “ If the wind turns right. If you don't take fright. You can smell that French perfume” Foxy spots you within the crowd and gestures for you to come onto stage. You shake your head, not knowing the song he was singing.  He grins a bit and holds out his hand, you take it without a second thought and he pulls you onto the stage. All eyes fall on you and foxy. You freeze up a bit, “His engines screaming murder. And his face set in a grin!” he continues to sing. You start to calm down a little, and the chorus starts up again, foxy holds out the microphone for you and winks. You blush and take the microphone. “You-You ca-can still see the sight. On a winter's night. Of his wake in the light of the moon. If the wind turns right. If you don't take fright. You can smell that French perfume!” You begin to sing. Everyone in the crowd cheers louder, and you begin to sing easier. And after a sick fiddle solo by Foxy, the crowd claps “What do ye say lads? Has our parrot sang loud enough?” he asks the crowd “Aye Aye Cap.!” They yell in response. You flush red and twiddle with your thumbs.
