Catra's POV
I wake up to an amazing smell. I get up put on some actual clothes and go downstairs. I see Adora cooking some breakfast which means she has to leave early. I say good morning and then I see that she has already left. I finished breakfast clean my dish and sit on the couch. I wonder what I should do. I got up and went outside and start going for a run. It was early in the morning so the air was nice and a little cold. I felt relaxed and I wanted to go run in the woods like I used to. So I did I went to the woods and jogged around for awhile. Then I hear the first splash of rain. I stayed by the tree and the rain made me tired until I fell asleep.
Adora's POV
I got home to see that the house was empty. So I thought Catra just went to go get food. I waited for at least 20 minutes. She still wasn't home, so I went to her favorite place to find her. I got to the woods and started to run around. I looked around and found Catra asleep by a tree. I went over to see if she would wake up. the only thing I heard was "let me sleep" in a sleepy tone. I picked her up and brought her home. I put her in bed, I felt bad about leaving so early so I just let her sleep.
(time skip it's like 5:00 pm)
Catra's POV
I woke up and was very confused. I was wondering why I wasn't in the woods still. Until I heard Adora watching football and realized she brought me home. I walk out of the bedroom and see Adora on the of her seat, eyes glued to the TV. I could tell it was a close game. The smell of fried chicken took me away from the living room. I went to the kitchen and grabbed three drum sticks. I ate them real quick I was hungry. I go back to the living room and sat next to Adora. She wrapped her arm around me. She finished watching the game and turned the TV off. I was too tired to care if she was going to give me attention or not.
