However, if you have been following this series, you will remember that where we last left Akihiko Suzuki, he was studying in New York City alongside his cousin Yu Takasaki as part of the Nijigasaki Music Exchange Program.

Meanwhile, µ's and Nijigasaki had fought off an invasion of zombies! Or not...turns out they were Aqours all along.

However, upon returning to Nijigasaki, Student Council President and member of the Nijigasaki School Idol Club Shioriko Mifune was called in for a meeting by the Chairwoman Tao Zhong.
She revealed to Shioriko that Nijigasaki will undergo a reformation to prepare for the publicity the School Idol Festival will bring at the end of the academic year.

Through this reformation, Chairwoman Zhong has fired the Principal of Nijigasaki and now has full authority of the school's operations.
She introduces two transfer students to Shioriko.

Lanzhu Zhong- Daughter of Chairwoman Tao Zhong and childhood friend of Shioriko Mifune. Transferring from Hong Kong.

Mia Taylor- Musical prodigy and member of the world famous Taylor family. Transferring from New York.

Since that day, 19 days have passed. However, Akihiko Suzuki the President of the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club decides to return a day earlier than anticipated.

He is excited to see how much the Nijigasaki girls have improved and how strong their bonds have become after their training camp.
