So Nijigasaki is getting a new Student Teacher? Hmm, not bad. So long as they don't try any funny business, it's all good. After hearing about what that volleyball teacher from Shujin did two years ago, you've gotta be alert.

I feel bad for turning down Mari's offer of laser tag yesterday, but I wasn't going to embarrass myself.

I have the aim of jello on a rollercoaster. And after hearing how Mari shot all those prizes at the Destinyland Shooting Gallery, I have no doubt that she would kick my ass.

As the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club's leader/producer, I cannot afford to look weak and have that reflect on the girls.

If I look weak then I'm not a good leader, if I'm not a good leader then everyone will leave.

And who knows what fate holds for them if I'm not the one to lead them?

Gah, overthinking things again. Stupid...

Right on cue, looks like I might have something to do today.

Maybe the Club decided to put in some extra practice today? I'd be happy to lead them. Or maybe they want to hang out? I'm so excited!

Ooh! What if it's µ's calling me to pay them another visit? I'd love to see Nico's current progress on training to face Kasumi, or Rin's progress for sharing the stage with Hanamaru.
Or, what if Honoka wants to hold her debut street singing performance? I'd love to see that!

However, what if it's Aqours calling me? The weather is incredible today, and I'd love to head out to Numazu for the day. Maybe hang out and help them with some of their tasks? I could even stay the night talking away to Chika again, or I could give Mari's hotel a try? The one in New York was pretty damn good.

Welp, only one way to find out!

AKI: "...Eh?"

DAMN IT! Way to get me all excited, I swear if this is another one of those telemarketers, I'm going to jump through the phone and slap them.
...Somehow.

AKI: "Hello?"

???: "U-Um... Is th-this Akihiko Suzuki?"

AKI: "Speaking."

???: "Hello, it's...it's Kanon."

AKI: "Kanon...?"

KANON: "W-What?! Oh... I knew you wouldn't remember someone as boring as me..."

AKI: "Wait... Kanon Shibuya?"

KANON: "Y-Yes! Wait, you do remember?"

AKI: "Well, of course! I could never forget the leader of the loveable Liella!"

KANON: "Loveable?! Um... Gracias. I-I mean thank you! Sorry, I'm not good with these things..."

Wait, Kanon is shy? I really couldn't tell, with how she's so radiant on the stage, and how comfortable she looked serving at Café Manmaru.

Maybe she only feels comfortable in certain situations?

AKI: "Wait... How did you even get my number?"

KANON: "W-W-What?! I-I... Do you remember? You gave it to me after you asked if Café Manmaru could help provide coffee at the School Idol Festival..."

AKI: "Oh, right. Sorry, I'm such an idiot sometimes."

KANON: "No, not at all! It's my fault, I've been trying to work up the courage to call you all this time. But...I thought I saw you in the audience at our recent live show. And um... I-I was curious if it was you, yeah that's it..."

AKI: "Yeah, that was me. You girls put on a great show! Congrats!"

KANON: "I'm glad you liked it."

AKI: "But something tells me that this isn't the only reason you called me."

KANON: "Huh?!"

AKI: "Don't worry, I could tell from your tone of voice. Honestly, you can tell me your true reason if you want to. It's fine."

KANON: "Y-Yes! Well... Since you're in the School Idol Festival Planning Committee, you spend a lot of time with µ's, Aqours and Nijigasaki, right?"

AKI: "Well, I am the Chairman. Plus I'm the leader of Nijigasaki, so yeah."

KANON: "You're good with...things, right?"

AKI: "Things?"

KANON: "Like, feedback and criticism, and stuff..."

AKI: "I wouldn't say I'm good, but I am experienced in supervising practice sessions."

KANON: "I was wondering if perhaps in the future, you'd like to... Um..."

AKI: "Supervise a Liella! practice session?"

KANON: "Y-Yes!"

AKI: "I'd be honored to! Seriously, you girls are some of the most talented rising stars in the industry!"

KANON: "W-Wow, thank you..."

AKI: "Sure, I'd like to supervise a practice session. But I'd also love to officially meet the five of you and get to know you."

KANON: "Are you sure?!"

AKI: "Yeah, I know practically everything about my Nijigasaki girls.
I'm good friends with µ's and Aqours, plus in the past I've gotten the chance to talk to Touou Academy and Shinonome High's School Idol Clubs.
Since Liella! has an entire sub-stage to themselves, I'd really like to spend some time with you, if that's okay?"

KANON: "Y-Yes! That would be wonderful... Would tomorrow be good for you?"

AKI: "Tomorrow is perfect. Oh, but Ren would have to give me permission to enter the school grounds, since Yuigaoka is an all-girls' school, right?"

KANON: "Right. I'll let her know."

The last time I went there, I didn't get to take the sight of the place in. I was too busy keeping my head down with Mari dragging me around.

It would be great to visit the place officially, with permission.

AKI: "Great! I'll meet you outside the Yuigaoka gates tomorrow then, Kanon."

KANON: "Meet me?! Um... Are you sure it's me you want to meet?"

AKI: "Of course!"

KANON: "Um... Okay, I'll do it. See you then!"

AKI: "Goodbye."

Looks like I'm heading to Yuigaoka Girls' High to meet Liella!
