"Who is he?" I heard Lindsey ask. I was in the living room on the couch, still 'sleeping'. I woke up when Lindsey came in maybe ten minutes ago. Her and Gerard were in the kitchen.

"His name is Frank Iero." Gerard answered.

"What the hell is he doing here Gerard? You have a minor and a student asleep on your couch!" Lindsey said, she sounded angry. I heard Gerard sigh and open a cupboard. He moved a few things around.

"Lindsey, calm down. OK? Its not like he's doing anything wrong, he's just sleeping here." Gerard stated. "He's only here for tonight, he'll be home after school today, his dad was super drunk last night and his mother didn't want him home." Gerard explained.

"So you let him stay?" Lindsey asked.

"Yeah, I couldn't just let him stay on the streets, you and I both know how bad Jersey is." Gerard answered.

"How did he know where you lived?" Lindsey asked. I felt my stomach twist, what if he told her about the bar?

"I told him." Gerard lied. Lindsey groaned. "Listen, its okay. I'm just helping him out!" Gerard told her.

"Alright, fine. Fine." Lindsey said, she sounded annoyed. "But don't come crying to me when the board of education freaks out, Gerard." She told him.

"I won't." Gerard muttered. I could hear him starting a coffee maker.

"Alright.." Lindsey said. I sat up on the couch and stretched my arms out. "Why did he come over anyway?" Lindsey asked.

"Art project." Gerard answered. I stood up and slowly walked into the kitchen. Lindsey was looking at me.

"Good morning...Uhm." She said.

"Frank. My name is Frank." I told her.

"Good morning, Frank." Lindsey said. "I'm Lindsey." She added. I nodded and stretched my legs, I was watching Gerard making two cups of coffee, he looked over my shoulder with a questioning look. I nodded and he grabbed another mug.

"Didja sleep okay?" Gerard asked as he handed Lindsey a purple mug with a fancy gold L on it.

"Yeah, I did. Thanks for letting me.." I said quietly, I didn't want to sound weird when Lindsey was around. I could tell she didn't like me, I could tell she hated me.

"Gee is a very generous man." Lindsey said, she looked at Gerard with a smile and a weird glint in her eye. Gerard glanced at her and smiled lightly.

"Do you have any sugar?" I asked, Gerard nodded and opened a cupboard and got me a little bowl of sugar and a spoon. He handed me a black mug and the sugar and spoon. "Thanks." I said, he smiled at me and I began putting sugar in the coffee filled mug. I sat down and drank my coffee, Lindsey was talking quietly to Gerard, her eyes occasionally glancing over at me. I knew she was talking about me.

Gerard eventually went upstairs to get dressed leaving me and Lindsey alone in the kitchen together. "Tell me, Frank. How old are you?" Lindsey asked, she was cleaning a dish she had some eggs on. I looked at her through my fringe of hair.

"I'm sixteen." I answered.

"Oh, you look older than that." Lindsey said, she kind of purred it. I narrowed my eyes, she put her dish down and leaned on the counter. "You look nearly in your twenties. I think its because you're so fit." She said, she smiled at me. I wrapped my fingers around my mug of coffee.
