I was cooking something for myself. It was still a few hours before dinner and I was craving (f/f). Everything was pretty normal.

Papyrus, Frisk and Undyne were in the living room playing a new video game they found in the dump. Sans popped in (literally) next to me a few minutes ago. He has been all day in his secret workshop that I had only just learned about today.

Now he has been trying to give me the tour of the small place. I told him after I finished cooking my food. He agreed and went to see what game the others were playing.

I had finished cooking the (f/f) and was placing it on a plate when I noticed a weird dot next to me. When I turned my attention to it, I see that it is a big cockroach.

Oh its just a plain bug I shrug it off.

Then I took a double take and it jumped onto my hand. In a millisecond, I yelped and found myself on top of the abnormally tall sink.

My commotion obviously alerted the others and they peaked over the wall to see what was going on.

Undyne spotted me on top of the sink clinging like a mad woman and laughed. "Y/n how the hell did you you get up there!?"

Both Papyrus and Sans looked at me a little dumbfounded.

I point to the cockroach on the counter. "I um... the bug got on my hand and it might have startled me..." I look away embarrassed.

"might? i didn't even think it was possible to get up there." Sans comments.

Frisk looked at the cockroach and smiled. "Roachy, I have been looking all over for you!" She went over to it and picked it up. Why does every weird thing have to be connected to her?

"Y/n, meet roachy! I found him in the ruins and we are the best of friends. He probably only wanted to say hi to you so please don't think badly of him.." She held the bug as high as she could. Looked like something from the Lion king.

I sighed. "Don't worry. I was merely startled." She looked back happily.

"FRISK WE SHOULD INTRODUCE ROACHY TO MY PET ROCK!"

"Okay!"

She, Papyrus and Undyne went out of the kitchen.

"so you are gonna go down today right?"

"Of course. I just um... don't know how." I look around unsure of what would be the safest way off.

"really? i think there is an easy solution to this."

"And what's that?"

"jump down, i'll catch ya." He stood closer and held his arms out.

"Yeah right, you'll drop me."

"drop you? y/n i'm not a monster. . . well, figuratively speaking." He chuckles. "c'mon, don't you trust me?"

Now that I think about it, this is like a fireman trying to usher a kitten down from a tree. Realizing how silly I am being I surrendered.

"Fine, it's not like I have any other choice." I swing my legs over the edge, closed my eyes, and slid off.

There was the sinking pull of gravity at one moment and then it stopped. I could feel two arms cradle my body. When I opened my eyes I see Sans looking at me. He did what he said he would do.
