what was i thinking?

part 3

I wake up as I hear an unfamiliar voice talking to someone, as I open my eyes I see Peaches laying in front of me, I pet her. I see Finneas talking to some girl with black hair. I sat up and looked at the girl. She must have heard me move, she turned around, looking at me and Peaches. She said "good morning...." I quickly introduced myself "Hi I'm Lee" "good morning Lee, I am Billie"
I stood up way too fast, feeling a little dizzy in my head and I fall backward, sitting on the couch again. Billie laughs at me, I feel soooo embarrassed, well I won't stay for long so it doesn't really matter I think. "Lee, are you okay?" Billie asks, "yeah, it's okay" I answer. Her eyes catch mine, they're like deep ocean blue, they are beautiful. While I sit down at the kitchen table, Claudia comes in asking how my night went I said I haven't slept so good in ages, that was a true fact tho, at my house, it isn't always good. Finneas says "Billie, Mom is here in a few minutes with some food"   "oh that's good I haven't eaten anything yet and you must be hungry asf." Billie says back while pointing her finger at me. "Yeah I'm pretty hungry, to be honest, I haven't eaten since yesterday morning" "Lee that's not okay you know that right?" Billie said to me "yeah I guess" I respond. I hear the door open and close again, I think that's their mom "good morning guys!" someone says, I turn around and I see a woman with long red hair and the same blue eyes as Billie. "Morning mom!" Finneas says. She looks at me "Hey who are you?"  she asks "Oh uhm hi I'm Lee" I say shyly "Hi Lee, I'm Maggie, are you a friend of Claudia?" she asks "I- Uhm" I look at Claudia who's smiling at me "No I'm actually not a friend of someone here, Claudia and Finneas found me when I was walking in the city, crying and going nowhere. It got pretty late so I could sleep here" I say, as I see Maggie & Billie looking at me with disbelief in their beautiful eyes "Really Lee?" Billie asks me "yeah, that's true." Claudia said before I could even answer. Maggie asks how old I am, I answer that I am 16, she said Billie is also 16, she asks me a lot of questions like where I came from, where my parents are and who my parents are. Billie changes the subject as she says "Guys I'm hungry, can we start eating now please?" Claudia says "We can eat outside, it's beautiful weather!" Maggie and Finneas totally agreed. Billie wanted to eat inside, so I stayed with her, knowing I would get a thousand questions if I would go outside. For a moment there was an awkward silence, 'till Billie said something "This food tastes hella good." "Yeah." I mumble with my mouth full of the delicious vegan and gluten-free pancakes Maggie made. Billie starts talking to me and asks "why did you run away from your parents?" "I- uhm, they got mad at me because I said something wrong." I say nervously. I wasn't lying, I did say something wrong I'm just not telling her everything because I know her like half an hour. Maggie comes inside asking if I wanted to go with them to their house, I said yes after Claudia said to me it was okay and I could trust them,while giving me a hug. So I went to their home.
