Legoshi choked, looking down at me. I stared up at him through my legs, given I was bent over. "H-how did you know it was m-me" he stuttered out. I laughed, standing up. "Well, as you know we are both Gray Wolves. So, when we are around one another we are calm. Given that we are the same species" I stated, placing my hands on my hips. He laughed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Yea, that should've been my first guess" he mumbled. I tilted my head, "Yea, you goofball. Now gimme a hug" I demanded. He smiled lightly, gently pulling me into a hug. I shoved my face into his chest. I'm much shorter than him, my ears actually reach to his chest. My face is right level with where his stomach ends and his chest begins. I don't mind though, knowing that I'm a runt. The wolf hugged me softly, as I roughly smooshed myself into him. He chuckled quietly, knowing that I missed him. "You do know it's only been 3 days, right"? he asked. "Yea, 3 days that I didn't see my best friend! I hate it when you do that. Lock yourself in your room and avoid people when you come out" I stated. He let me go, patting my head. "I'll try to not do it anymore" he said. I lightly hit his arm. "I don't care if you do it. Just tell me first so I can come over and be anti-social with you" I laughed out. He smiled, nodding. "So, where are the Sandwiches? I'm starving" he said, patting his stomach. Smiling, I grabbed his hand and yanked him off the school campus. As we exited school grounds, I made eye contact with an oh-so- familiar deer. Ignoring him, I kept running with the wolf. He gulped, hunching over so he could be level with me. We made it downtown, and boy was it busy. There were animals of all kinds doing all sorts of things. "(Y/N)? Is this safe"? He asked, when we stopped walking. I nodded, waving in the direction of the shop. We walked in, seeing the familiar building. The owner, Rowen, smiled at me. "Hey kid, nice to see you" he waved at me, taking a cancer stick out of his mouth. He puffed out some smoke, and then handed me a bag. "Here ya' go nerd. 2 egg sandwiches, 2 springrolls, and 2 Boba Tea specials" he said. I smiled, taking the yummy food. I had a little trouble though, since there was so much food. Legoshi saw my struggles and took the biggest bag and one of the Boba Tea's.  Rowen smiled, "That's a good boyfriend you got there (Y/N). Better keep an eye on him, make sure he doesn't get snatched up". My eyes widened, Legoshi's doing the same. Laughing, I payed the Ox, waving him goodbye. "I hate him so much sometimes" I groaned out. The wolf chuckled quietly, sitting at an outside table. He waved me over, and sat the contents he held on the glass table. "So, wanna tell me how he knew what you wanted... But to double it" he asked. I put my arms behind my head. "I called"
