Book Title: Mystical Mutant
Genre: Fantasy romance
Short synopsis: Several years ago, legend had it that only two mystical creatures existed in the world. The Elevanas and the Glorindians.
They lived together in peace for decades until the day that the Glorindians claimed to be more powerful and superior than the Elevanas. It caused the leaders of the clans to create boundaries between them.
"Who dares fight science with nature?" The Glorindians boasted.
On the other hand, the Elevanas were certain they were stronger. Nature is like a masked devil, so beautiful yet so deadly.
...
A terrible war wiped out the entire species. But there was a survivor, and her name was Fiona.
She must overcome all obstacles to live a normal life forever in the human world.
But the question is,
How long can she hide? How long can she keep this up? How long can she keep pretending to be something she's not? How long is forever?
General questions
When did you start writing?
1st of March 2020.
What is your favorite and least favorite thing about writing?
I like creating my characters and bringing them to life(I dunno if anyone gets me)
My least favorite thing about writing is editing all over and over again till it's perfect. Sometimes I like it because I forget some scenes in my book so it reminds me in a way. Sometimes you may feel very embarrassed, or is it only me that feels that way?
Who is your inspiration in writing? Do you have a favorite author or book?
My Inspiration? Myself, I inspire myself, I don't have a favorite book or author yet, From the first day I came to Wattpad my goal was to start writing from the beginning and so I did. I really didn't have any intention of reading(especially big books, I hate them sometimes...okay, almost all the time) but as I grew older I learned that to be a better writer you must learn how to read books to improve your writing and that's what I'm doing now, I have my library filled up and unfortunately, I've not touched any because of my six-month exams so I'm taking a break from Wattpad(Kinda)
Reading is definitely important in developing your own style and voice in writing. Would you consider yourself a planner or a pantser –do you like to have a detailed plan for your story, or would you rather divestraight into it and see where it takes you?
I think I'm a planner, right now I know the ending of my ongoing book, I'm only a pantser when it comes to the middle of my story, I allow ideas to flow then I jot them down for future use. For pantser, I started writing a book when I was 13 or 14, it was a high school romance(teen fiction genre) and I just kept writing and writing until I realized I don't have a plot and an ending, then I gave up on it >.<
The same goes for an anime book of mine on Wattpad, I took it down after the first chapter because the plot was predictable.
Which genres do you prefer to write?
Romance! The best genre in the world! Nah, I don't think so, romance is only the best genre when it's mixed with genres like action, fantasy, mystery, sci-fi, and so on(I hate romance in the teen fiction genre, that's where all the cliche stories originated from) Surprisingly, I still write romance in the teen fiction genre.
