I did it! I managed to convince the Board that giving him a name is best. I gave them some crap report that showed if I named him that it would improve his mental function and they bought it! There is a catch. Of course, there is a catch. I was so close to doing something normal for him and those damned doctors screw everything up. The catch: he has to pick his own name... I'll report back with the results soon.
