Which is why he knows English.
The EnderMan have a very human like brain and that combined with the intelligence of a parrot would make him just a smarter version of an EnderMan.
Also he has wings but hides them because elytra's are technically banned and he wouldn't know how everyone would react. Though when he saw Phil chillin with his wings out he's now tempted to show Phil.
EnderMan half- Black with green tips.
Parrot half- White with red tips.
