"Happy 21st birthday." Cathy whispered as she popped up behind Ana with a cupcake.
"Shhh." Ana hissed with a smile. "I've been working for nearly two years."
"Nobody was fooled baby. Now you can stop using makeup to make you look old. No one can do shit." Cathy said waving off Ana's worry. "We are going out after work."
"What is going to be open at 5am?" Ana asked with an eye roll.
"You let me worry about that missy." She walked away smirking.
Ana went backstage to store her bag and get changed into her bikini. Donny had tried and tried to get her on stage repeatedly but she chose to stick to the bar and floor work. She could handle the gropes as she walked around on bottle service but she didn't want to remove the small amount of cloth she wore. She made more than enough to cover her bills from the tips that she didn't need to strip for more.
"Your man's back." Cathy called out pointing to the group of bikers that walked in the door.
"Shut up." Ana laughed as she made her way over to the regulars. "What can I get you gentlemen?"
"Bottle of jacks and your name, Angel." Happy said as he teasingly tugged on a bow tie that held her bikini together.
"Daphne Blake." She winked before heading to the bar, passing the naval sailors who had been in here the last three days.
What had started of as curiosity had begun a game over the last year. Happy had been trying to get her real name out of her but she never gave it away. It was more that a safety measure, it stopped her from letting anyone past the walls she build around her heart. She always answered with cartoon characters and he almost always got them right away.
"Too easy, Scooby Doo." He said when she brought the bottle and glasses back to the booth.
She leant over the table to pour the dark spirit into their glasses and all the bikers enjoyed the view. When she placed the bottle back down she felt a hand run down her back and over her curvy ass. She knew who that hand belonged to and it made her stomach churn every time he did it. She knocked the hand away and turned around so her ass was out of his reach.
"Kitty passed out again. Need you on the stage." Donny said leaving no room for argument.
"But I don't..." she started only to get shhh'd.
"If you want to keep that roof over your head you'll get that delicious derrière backstage now." He ordered before going back to the office.
"Everything ok Angel?" Happy asked with a frown.
She nodded and plastered a big fake smile on her face before making her way through the dancers door. Jazz and Anastasia regularly pole danced when the club was closed but that was for fitness. Now she would have to actually take her clothes off too. Donny was right, she couldn't afford to lose this job. She had just brought a car so she didn't have to taxi in anymore and her part time study tuition took the rest of her money she had saved.
Anastasia snaked her way around the busy club and walked through the curtain to the backstage area. Cathy quirked an eye at her and called Ana over with the curl of a finger. Feeling the fake smile fade away, Ana made her way to her friend.
"You're not due a break yet." Cathy stated. "Did someone get too handsy? I can send Bruce out."
"No, Donny Dickweed." She answered by way of explanation. "I'm up next."
"I'm sorry Ana." Cathy said hugging her friend. "First few times you can get away with just losing the bra."
"Thanks. Can you tell Lola to play Psycho Killer?" Ana asked as she teased her blonde hair even more.
