And that's how Jake ended his deal with Gray.

After 2 weeks, Y/n was released to the hospital then Jake decided that Y/n will stay in her house with Layla to have some companion while Jake will help her to study at home.

Then the police went there quickly and used the suspect's message as an evidence.

It means I'll finally meet Gray and take my revenge on her.
