Night's POV

Today I finally moved in to my new house in Cannon City, Colorado. It's a very small town, so small there's less than three thousand people. I decided to move here to explore and go to the really great art school across town, for a small town it does have some cool places and some really nice people.

I think I should tell you a little about myself before I forget. My name is Night Rider, I have shortish black hair and brown eyes. I love drawing especially landscapes. My mother died when I was five from a car crash and my father... well, he was there but, he wasn't really there. My aunt, my mother's younger sister, lived with us to take care of me and later married my father. I'm twenty-five now and ready to find my place in the world.

I finished packing awhile ago and I really wanted to take a run, so I put on my running shoes and went out. The weather was fair, not to sunny and warm but, not freezing and cloudy either. My plan was to jog to the park two blocks away, circle the park a couple times and head back. I made it half-way before I almost ran into a guy, he was a little taller than me but, when you're five-three almost everyone is. He had dark brown eyes and brown hair, he was pretty cute compared to the other guys I've dated in the past.

"Sorry, for almost running you over" I said. "It's okay" he responded "I wasn't really paying attention, what's your name?"
"My name is Night Rider, I just moved here" I told him. "Cool, my name's Dean Cullen" "Like the vampire" I chuckled. "Yes, yes like the vampire. If your new here, maybe I should show you around later" he asked politely. " That would be great." It was around noon so, I asked him. "How about around say.... five o'clock?" "Sure, sure" he said nodding. "I'll be off at three so that's perfect, I really got to get going but, here's my number, call me around four or when you can and I'll give you the tour" he said and started running down the street, to where I have no clue but, I'm sure it was his job.

I ran the rest of the way slowly and went home to get cleaned up and ready for tonight's get together.
