Hi to anyone who's actually decided to read this, this may be really bad but it's my first fanfic so it's expected to be really. Umm yeah so some of the things that happens to this girl relate to me but not all. I hope you enjoy :)

I remember that day clearly, I'm just sat there like any other day, on my own. And I get a call. I saw the caller ID said 'Ellie<3' I get happy the thought that my best friend is calling me.
I answer the phone to be greeted with a different voice than usual. I hear panic in the persons voice and I can tell they're crying.
In a panic to help I asked what had happened and I soon figured out it was Ellie's mum on the phone. The next thing I know I almost collapse with what I had heard over the phone. - 'She's overdosed' I dropped my phone and sprinted as fast as I could to my best friends house. Outside her house there was an ambulance and a police car everyone was in a rush and me, I just stood there, not knowing what to do. My BEST FRIEND had just tried to kill herself and she might possibly of succeeded. The whole world went in slow motion. Medics wheeling her to the ambulance her mum and dad crying on the doorstep. The only person that truly cared for me could be gone.
I drove with Ellie's mum and dad to the hospital behind the ambulance. We were going as fast as possible.
I remember getting to the hospital and waiting. Waiting for what felt like hours. Staring and the blank grey walls, hoping, preying that she would be okay. I knew couldn't live without her. She was my rock, my everything.
I remember the doctor coming out of her room calmly, I had a ping of hope in me like she was going to be fine, until he said the words "We are so sorry, there was nothing we could do, it was too late. I'm sorry for your loss."
That's the day I lost my rock and the only thing that had really mattered to me.
