Something is bothering me. I know there's something off that Blythe couldn't tell me and I'm not used to it because she always tell me everything.
"Are you alright?", I asked worriedly.
She heaved a deep sigh and smiled at me. I held her hand and intertwined our fingers.
It feels like her cold hand belongs to my warm ones.
"I am fine, Grey", she smiled at me showing her perfect set of white teeth. Her smile shines bright, it eases all my negative thoughts away.
That's why I'm not comfortable when she's like this. She used to be a ball of sunshine.
"If you want to tell me something, I'm here, okay?", I said and planted a kiss on her forehead.
She replied and rested her head on my chest, "I am fine, Greyson. Just tired."
"Alright. But you know that you can always count on me, right?", I asked as I caress her soft hair.
"I know. That's why I'm so thankful for having you."
I smiled. I love it everytime she says that. It makes my heart flutter.
