m-maybe we could hold our own special day? a mortal mending day together... I don't know if it would be very fun because it's just over call but I could do my best to make it a special day! I think that mortals must need mending too, not everything can be indestructible. 

and as for my mending, there's nothing you could do to help... but I really do appreciate you caring about me.....

but onto more happy things!! a special mortal mending day hm... what makes a day special? I know that food, gifts and other people are involved in most special days for mortals, so what would we like to have for our special day? and we need a name and date of course. two mending days makes it seem a bit less special

I think we should make something sweet as a staple food... have you ever heard of kulfi? the traditional way to make it takes a very long time but maybe there's a shorter way? besides I think that it deserves to be the staple of a special day. I think you guys should pick the flavour though. I'll leave the gifts and name up to you but we should decide on the day together!
