Chapter 8

Niall's POV
Yesterday was crazy! I didn't expect to see the boys led along tell Harry about Maddie. It surprised me how well he took it. He also told me he's not over me which I can't seem to get out of my head. Although I love Harry I need to move on. Last night I had a second date with Brad it went so well he's coming over for dinner tonight. I just don't know what to do with Maddie.

To Harry sent 3:00 pm: Hey are you busy tonight?

From Harry received 3:16: Nope not busy till tomorrow. Why what's up?

To Harry sent 3:20: I was just wondering if you could watch Maddie for me.

From Harry received 3:22: Of course I'll take her, what time?

To Harry sent 3:23: Thank you! 5:00

From Harry received 3:26: Sounds good! Be there at 4:30.

To Harry sent 3:50: alright

"Baby do you remember those nice guys you where with last night?" I asked than she looked up to me. "Yeah." She said. "Your going to go spend some time with them in a little bit. Is that okay?" I asked. "Yeah they where fun they said they are my uncles." She said with a smile. "Yeah they are." I said with a chuckle. Although I haven't seen them in years they are still my brothers and Harry
Will always be the first person I fell in love with nothing with change that.

"Do you want a snack before you go?" I asked. "Yeah." She said with a smile. I went to the kitchen and cut her up a apple and placed some caramel on her plate. "Come her baby it's on the table." I said. Soon she came running to the kitchen and sat on the table. I went to her room and grabbed her things and laid them on the couch. "Are you done?" I asked as she ran towards me. "Uh huh." She said. I picked her up and sat on the couch then put her coat on.

Soon I heard my door bell fill the room. "Hey come in." I said as I opened the door letting Harry in. "Thank you where is she?" He asked with a smile. "Living room." I said. "Hey uh when are we going to tell her?" I asked. "She might only be three but she is extremely smart." I said. "Uh now?" He asked. I nervously nodded my head. I'm scared.

"Honey come here." I said I picked her up than placed her on my lap. It didn't take long for Harry to take a seat next to me on the couch. "I want you to listen to daddy closely okay." I said that she nodded her head. "Do you remember how I said you have two daddy's instead of one?" I asked. "Yeah I'm special." She said with a smile. "Well Harry is your other daddy." I said. She looked up to me and than looked over to Harry and he gave her a smile. "You don't have to be shy honey." I said.

"Your my other daddy?" She asked and Harry nodded. I could see he had tears in his eyes which made me want to cry. She got off my lap than climbed onto Harry's. "Hi." She said. "Hi, are you ready?" He asked. She nodded her head then they left. That was harder than it seemed like because Harry was sitting right next to me. I'm happy that I don't have that haunting me now.

I went to the kitchen and started on Brad and I supper. I'm making us some homemade pasta with bread than cheesecake for breakfast. Brad is a really nice guy we have been on a few dates and before them we talked a few times. I really want this relationship to work out. It didn't take to long for him to show up to my house. After waiting we sat down and started to eat.

"So when do I get to meet your little girl?" He asked. "I don't know because I want to make sure we work out because I don't want her get get to attached." I said. "Yeah I get that, how's work going?" He asked. "Music or bakery?" I asked. "Music." He said than took a drink of his beer. "Oh it's actually going amazing better than I thought it would." I said with a smile. "That's good I'm happy for you." He said as he put his hand on top of mine and rubbed his thumb on my hand.

"Thank you for dinner." He said as he handed me his plate. "Your welcome." I said. I placed our plates in the dishwasher than we walked to the living room and put on a movie. "Your really cute has anyone told you that." He said with a smile. "Just a few people." I said with a chuckle. I could see him start to lean in and I did so myself. Within seconds our lips where connected. He placed his hands on my cheeks and I wrapped my arms around his neck. He pulled me closer to him and pulled us down to the couch.

"We shouldn't get carried away" I whispered to him. "When is your little girl coming home?" He asked. "8" I said. "We have time." He said. I looked at him and he gave me a smile. I led us to my room and then he crashed his lips in top of mine. This seems so wrong but at the same time I didn't care.

I don't know how long we where laying there but I got a text from Harry saying he was almost to my house. "Shit." I said as I quickly got dressed. "What's wrong?" Brad asked. "My daughter will be home any minutes her up and get dressed." I said. Ha quickly got out of bed and got dressed. Once we walked out to the living room I heard a knock on the door. "Come in." I said as I opened the door. I seen that Maddie was sleeping on Harry's shoulder and I couldn't help but smile.

"Looks like you had some fun." Harry said. "That doesn't matter Harry did she behave?" I asked. "Yes she behaved." He said. I seen Brad walk over to us and he put arm around me. "Hey I'm Brad" he said. "Hey." Was all Harry said. "Where is he room?" Harry asked. "First door on the right up stairs" I said then Harry walked off. "He's kinda rude." Brad said. "He normally isn't just ignore him." I said. He leaned down and gave me a kiss. " I'm going to head out I had fun tonight." He said with a smile. "Me too I'll talk to you later." I said.

Harry soon came walking down stairs and gave me a confused look. "What?" He asked. "You could have been a bit nicer." I said. "sorry it's hard seeing you with someone else." He said as he grabbed his keys. "Harry I get it you aren't over me just you have to move on." I said. "Yeah I'll try I'm going to head out." He said than left. He really needs to move on. But I mean am I truly ready to move on?

I walked to my room and took a shower. I couldn't stop thinking about tonight and how weird it was. Brad and I haven't know each other for that long and I just slept with him. I mean he was good but Jeez and Harry. Yes I know why do I keep bringing up Harry. I'm not over him I just need to move on from him because I know we aren't ever going to get back together which hurts. It feels like someone is dropping a rock on my heart I'm so confused I don't know what's wrong with me.
