Shuyang's pov:

After eating breakfast, we head to our first class which is science. We arrive at our classroom and take our seats.

A couple minutes pass and y/n enters the class. She smiles as she walks past us and sits down next to Su Xinhao and his group.

"Why would a girl like her hang out with a guy like him?" I ask confused.

"Apparently he really likes her. Some say she only uses him, others say she likes him. To be honest nobody really knows why she hangs out with him." Mingrui says.

"I asked her once why she hung out with him." Xinlong says while opening his book.

"What was the reason?" I ask curiously.

"She said she saw the good in him or something like that." He replies. Soon the teacher walks in and starts teaching.

"Alright class bow were gonna have a quiz! I'll give you 5 minutes to prepare." The teacher says.

"Quiz on the first day? This is torture." Mingrui complained.

"Tell me about it." I agreed. After 5 minutes of preparing, the teacher hands out sheets of paper to all the students.

After the quiz, we hand over the piece of paper and head out.

"Hey I forgot something in the classroom, I'll be right back." I say to Xinlong and Mingrui as i walk back to the classroom.

I enter the classroom and grab my pen but as i was walking out, the teacher called me.

"Shuyang. Can you come here?" The teacher asks.

"Sure." I say as i head over to where shes sitting.

"I just checked your answers. You didn't do very well."
