Dipper sat up slowly, his vision blurry.

He felt something in his arm and noticed an IV as well as other medical equipment hooked up to him.

He did his best to recall how he got here. He remembered the deal with Tad Strange, and how once he got Bill's powers he had felt pain like nothing he had ever felt before...but how did he get here?

He also remembered the strange dream he had.

He looked around and realized he was in Ford's lab in the basement of the Mystery Shack.

He also realized there wasn't anyone down there with him.

Dipper began detaching the medical equipment from his body.

Once he was clear of all tubes and wires he stood up.

He began to walk out of the room but once he reached the doorway he was thrown back by an invisible force.

Dipper fell back onto ground. He looked at the door confused then looked down at his hands noticed they were glowing slightly.

Then he realized what was going on.

Ford had demon-proofed the room when they had kept Bill down here. Which meant Dipper was trapped in the room until someone came down.

Dipper was beginning to wonder if he could somehow teleport out of the room when he heard someone coming down the stairs.

He looked over and saw Bill, the real human Bill, walking down with a cup of coffee.

Once he saw Dipper awake he nearly dropped his mug.

"Pinetree! You're awake!" Bill said surprised.

He cautiously approached the room.

"Pinetree...how are you feeling?" Bill asked slowly.

"Just kinda confused...I had this weird dream..." Dipper said. He quickly explained the dream to Bill.

Once he finished Bill smirked.

"So you called me your boyfriend?" Bill asked. Dipper felt his face heat up.

"Well...I, um, I was just saying it for...um...dramatic effect..?" Dipper said embarrassed.

Bill laughed and walked into the room.

"I'm just teasing you Pinetree." Bill said. He pulled Dipper into a hug and kissed the smaller boy's forehead.

"So...do you have your memory back?" Dipper asked.

"Yeah...I got it back as soon as you collapsed." Bill said. Dipper stepped out of Bill's hug.

"Then please tell me...do you really care about me? Or were you just using me?" Dipper asked.

"I'll be honest Pinetree, after I was banished to this world, I was dead set on getting revenge, but after meeting you and really getting to know you...I just knew I couldn't do that anymore. You make me feel so human Pinetree. I knew that I you wouldn't trust me if I told you who I was, so I figured if I could get your sight back maybe you would at least let me explain myself. I didn't think Tad would take my memory, but honestly, I'm glad he took my power from me. I don't want to be corrupted by it again. I just wish I could have stopped him from forcing it onto you." Bill said.

"So...what's the plan now?" Dipper asked, which caught Bill of guard.

"Aren't you going to yell at me? Or hit me or something?" Bill asked.

"Well...I wanted to when you first told me who you were, but that was only because I thought you were lying to me. I know you're telling the truth now." Dipper said. He looked up and noticed tears beginning to stream down Bill's face.

"Bill...are you crying?" Dipper asked.

"No!" Bill said, though he clearly was.

"It's just...Pinetree, I'm so sorry for everything I've done to you and your family. I did all those horrible things and here you are forgiving me. I don't deserve you." Bill said.

"Well, you can make it up to me by helping me get rid of these demon powers." Dipper said. He smiled at Bill, who smiled back.

Dipper stepped forward and embraced the former demon.

"I...I love you Pinetree." Bill said.

Dipper was stunned for a moment. Not long ago, he was ready to kill the person who he held in his arms, and only a few days before that he would have wanted nothing more than to hear those words. He felt like his heart was like an emotional yo-yo, constantly going up and down, up and down. Now, he was just glad to finally know the truth about how Bill felt about him.

"I love you too Bill." Dipper said back.

They stayed like that, in each others arm for several minutes.

"Are we interrupting something?" A voice said from behind them. They parted and looked back and saw Ford and Mabel looking at them.

"Oh...um...no...what's up?" Dipper said embarrassed.

"What's up? What's up!? Bro-Bro, you just almost died and all you have to say is what's up!?" Mabel demanded, though saying it somewhat jokingly.

"Well...yeah, sorry should I say, I'm glad I didn't die? Or maybe hey, I'm not an evil demon?" Dipper said.

Mabel laughed.

"How are you awake? I put you in a medically induced coma, you shouldn't have waken up until I administered the antibiotic." Ford said.

"I don't know. I had this weird dream vision thing and then I woke up here." Dipper said.

Dipper once again explained the vision. Once he was done, Ford looked to Bill.

"So does this mean he resisted the temptation to use his powers for evil?" Ford asked. Bill nodded.

"From what it sounds like, Tad's spirit tried to convince him to join sides with him, which would have broken Dipper's mind enough to allow Tad to corrupt him. But Dipper was able to resist. Now we just have to figure out how to get rid of Dipper's powers." Bill said.

"Is it such a bad thing that he has powers now? I mean, I can only see them being beneficial. What if you just trained him to use them?" Mabel asked.

"Well, there is a chance that power could still corrupt him. Having so much power can be useful, but also dangerous. He's also immortal, he age anymore. I'm not sure Pinetree would want to stay eighteen forever." Bill said.

"Ugh, no thank you. Being eighteen is definately not all its cracked up to be. Sure you're an adult but other adults don't take you seriously because your so young." Dipper said.

"Well then, I have a few ideas on how we can change him back, but I'll need your input Bill. You know more about demon magic than anyone. But for now, we should just take the night off. Be happy that Dipper even survived." Ford said. Bill nodded and gave Dipper a side hug.

"Come on Pinetree, why don't we go get you some food." Bill said. Dipper nodded and after Ford disabled the barrier so Dipper could leave the room, the two of them went upstairs back into the Mystery Shack.

Heya, another chapter.

So I was thinking of something.

I kinda want to do a good ending, bad ending type thing where I write two different endings for the book and you can chose which to read first.

One where Dipper gets rid of the demon power, and one where he keeps it.

I'm not sure if I'm going to do it yet, but let me know if that's something you guys would be interested in.

Anyway, new chapter soon!
