2003 movie "Looney Tunes: Back in Action" is no longer considered a Space jam 2 movie it's more like a prequel to Space jam 2. It's Looney Tunes: Back in Action is the film where they mentioned acme products.
Most Toons work in this factory if there not making cartoon's.
But even if this factory has been put down in the movie that doesn't mean new management can take over the company.

Bugs was starting to think he made a mistake by purchasing and become the manager of the A.C.M.E. company.
He did this cause he didn't want anymore power hungry people to take this company and ruin Toon's lives.
Bugs thought he could get rid of the company once he became the new boss!
but Bug's soon found out there would be a mass hysteria if this Company went under!
Many unemployed Toons who had no Cartoon anymore depended on A.C.M.E. for a job!
Its even more bad!
Poor Bugs Bunny knows nothing about ruining a company!

Bugs was so at loss he asked Daffy Duck for help.
(No Not Donald Duck! But Daffy Duck!)
Daffy, told Bugs he'd help if Bugs gave 50 percent of the profit.
Bugs said 30 would suffice.
Daffy argued he wanted more!
But then Bugs showed that A.C.M.E. wasn't doing all that well in the first place!
