The first thing I saw when I woke up were bright white lights, and an intoxicating smell of hand gel.

"ugh what happened now why am I in the hospital" these words left my mouth quietly not expecting anyone to answer

"well you dumb bitch decided to stay in a fire which its cause is still unknown, so they called for the all mighty Dibrid to rescue you.

- Wait WHAT?

- Perfect you don't even remember what happened. Now since you are finally up I can leave this disgusting excuse of a hospital.

- Didn't you just call me a dumb bitch not even a minute ago?

A smirk was plastered on his beautiful face before he disappeared. Mattheo's beautiful face. BEAUTIFUL? what is wrong with me.

"Asshole" I just whispered it rolling my eyes then she came in.

"GIRL WHY DID YOU DO THAT"

Mia's voice pierced through the wall and I already dreaded the conversation that was about to come.

"what the actual fuck are you talking about? Mattheo just said the same exact thing and I don't understand why. What happened yesterday night?

- You my friend, stayed behind in an actual fire in our dorm and when I called you, miss y/n didn't want to get out. We had to call Theo so he could stop the fire and like suck it all to help you. You were lucky you didn't burn into a damn crisp. There was a moment on the way here we thought you were dead and you went gray but your eyes shot open for a second and powder started falling off your skin; it was really weird. When you came in it was like nothing happened and you didn't even get a scratch; I could have sworn I stopped hearing your heartbeat but you are just as good as new.

- Okay yeah yeah good prank where are Fred and George now?

- After everything I just said, you think I am pranking you. Like I would legit miss my exams to come make up a story?"

I shot her a knowing look, we both knew she would do that. Anything to miss classes.

"Okay yeah I would totally do that but I swear it's the truth. The doctors are keeping you a bit longer to run some tests and discover why you aren't a tad of ashes. Wait. I think I hear someone on the other side of the wall."

"Doctor how can it be? She should be dead.

- What is she then? There are only a couple of magical creatures that looks like humans; wizards vampires, wolves and dragons but we both know the only one left is Mattheo Riddle.
