Chapter- 18

    The door opened harshly revealing Jin. He came and punched Joonhae hard so he could feel down on the floor and then hugged me. I was clearly shocked about what just happened now. I looked at the door, Mi-Cha standing, and gasped at what happened. As soon as my senses were back I pushed Jin and kneel down to help Joonhae. "It's okay Eney. I am alright" he said. "Shut up. You are not okay." I said and then helped him to get up. Jin was thunderstruck by what I was doing. Jin yelled "What are you doing Eney? Leave that bastard!" I stood up and said "Stop it Jin! Just stop it!! Why are you making a perfect storm? Helping a man doesn't mean that you have to love him. Wait a minute why am I even telling you these things." "Babe just give me a chance to explain. Please." Jin said with all of his gentlenesses. My teardrop was streaming down my face but still, I said in a quivering voice " E-explain what Jin? Action speaks louder than words. Don't add insults to the injury right now. (I yelled slowly)I'm done with you." I ran inside the home leaving them outside. That night Jin left immediately after the argument, Mi-Cha helped Joonahe to bandage his wounds. That's how the day passed.

It was 7 in the morning I left Mi-Cha's home and went to the office. I took a taxi because my car was at the office. The day passed very lazily. I was working hard to improve the company. Almost every day I was the last person to leave the place. On Friday we had a meeting with Sam's company which means Jin would be present in the meeting. I clearly avoid the fact that Jin is coming instead I put all my effort into preparing myself for the rendezvous. I was sitting at my desk and preparing some documents. When I looked forward, the CEO and the owner of Sam's company were coming. I stood up and went forward to greet them. I bow to Mr.Sam and Jin. He looked at me a bit different because it was my first time bowing to him.

Soon after the meeting was started and we all presented the documents, plans and then finally the two companies were ready to work together. I and Jin didn't even speak a word to each other and that's how the meeting ended. I still wasn't able to move on. I thought he would talk to me and we will start our relationship again. But no it didn't happen. That day I finally realized that destiny gave us many chances to be together but we are never meant to be together. I wish I gave the chance to him to explain me but time never comes back. Life is not a cup of tea.

I went home early that day. I was very tired and went to have a shower. It was very relaxing so I came out and cooked a simple dinner for myself. Every Friday night I used to watch movies but this day only Jin was on my mind. Overworking almost every day made me very tired and I was also not able to complete my sleep, so I drove to sleep. It was 9 in the morning I wake up and had breakfast. The house was looking very messy and dirty so I decided to clean. After cleaning I had to go to the market to buy some groceries and then at night, I am going to have dinner with my parents.

Finally, it was 5 and I completed all my works. I went to my closet and wore a long white -shirt with a simple black hoodie and a pant. My mom was very happy to see me a long time after. My dad was also very proud to see me working hard every day. I finally was able to become like a perfect daughter to them not a perfect girl to Jin. Yeap, the dinner of my mom's hand was luscious. After dinner, we were passing some time talking laughing and watching the tv in the drawing-room. I never joined them when I used to live here and thought it would be boring. But no, it is totally an amazing time to pass. I bet you will never know how the time passed so quickly. It was already 10 so I decided to go back to my home. I took the leave. While driving I saw that Seokchon lake was close by, my all my favorite places so I decided to go there si I decided to pass some time over there. I parked the car nearby, wore a mask, and then went to find a quiet place for sitting. Luckily it didn't take me long to find one. As usual, the moon was shining on the water, it was a cold night, and soon bit by bit it was starting to snowfall. I was feeling riant. But something was orphic. It was snowing but I couldn't feel the tiny drops of water on my body.
