I look into her deep green beautiful eyes she takes me by the waist. She started to lead but didn't say one word I felt the eyes on me. I remember the princes threatening words but I was so deep in the dance with the pirate I didn't care.  "Your the princess" she whispers "I can't believe your the-" she looks at me shocked I could see her lips they looked shocked and her eyes changed.
"I'm sorry" I mutter "your engaged" "can we talk outside" I say she nods as we stop dancing people whisper "who is the princess dancing with I feel an aggressive arm the prince. "You slut" he whispers then letting go leaving a mark on my hand which I cover with my other hand.

"Why did you lie" she looks at me "I didn't mean to" I take my mask off she smiles then it turns back serious. "You lied" she sighs I touch her arm she pulls me in as I look into her eyes. "Why" she touches my fair face. "I was scared you'd treat me different" "your arm" she touches the now bruised "it doesn't matter" "that prince he hurts you that's why your broken" she hugs me taking her mask off I couldn't help but melt back into her arms.

"Please take me with you" I whisper "you can't just run away from your problems" she sits on the bench. "Castle is beautiful though but I understand why you would want it pretend to be something your not" "I need go" she stands up "please don't leave" I grab her hand. "My lady" she touches my face kissing my cheek. "I will see you in a week" "and we will talk about everything" "but I don't want you to leave" "I must" "thank you for the dance princess" "and happy birthday" "I'm sorry I didn't get you a gift" "but you did" I touch the ruby necklace.

"Your the only person who really got me a gift because no one cares when your a spoilt princess" I look down she pulls my face up "your not spoilt" "not in that way" "but I'll be going" "princess" she winks waking away. Will she miss me as much as I'll miss her?

I make my way back to the castle feeling someone grab onto my neck "your a slut I knew you weren't as pure as I thought" he slaps my face "you shall dance with me and behave" "I'll make sure I get rid of your slut" he whispers into my ear putting my mask back on. All night I held back my tears while he showed me off like one of his royal jewels I forced a smile they asked who the girl I danced was and I said "I thought it was an old friend of mine I was wrong" they believed it.

"He's charming isn't he" a princess smiles "why don't you marry him" I mutter. "Maybe I should" she chuckles "I'm serious" I say "oh well" "come love" he grabs my hand. "Behave" "or you'll regret it" he loved that word behave maybe he should behave maybe I should just kill him break him into pieces he deserved it. Do I deserve his hate? I hope not.

I go to my room finally able to breath until he marches in like he owns the place pinning me on my bed taking advantage of me again and again. I cry until I no longer could feel. I just wanted him to disappear.
