As the Mandalorians of Clan Ordo rallied behind Aerrow, they resumed their campaign against the Cyclonian Empire. They launched raids as well as hit and run attacks in an attempt to weaken the Cyclonians. Despite the loss of Elsera, the Mandalorians remain untied. However, tensions arise between Aerrow and Corvo over how the fight should be conducted. Aerrow felt that a guerrilla war was the best call while Corvo favored all out war with the Cyclonians. During a raid of the old Mandalorian Enclave, Elsera's body was recovered and given a proper Mandalorian funeral. Once they mourned the loss of Elsera, they scavenged whatever was not taken by the Cyclonians. As they returned to Terra Neverlandis, Aerrow was planning another a raid on Terra Zartacla. He planned a raid on the prison to free the prisoners and recruit them to the fight. However, Corvo voiced his opinion.
Corvo: We are wasting our time with these raids. We should march on Cyclonia and burn it to the ground!
Aerrow: Attacking Cyclonia now would be suicide.
Corvo: We are Mandalorians! We should be fighting them head on! Not hiding and striking from the shadows like cowards!
Aerrow: I will not sacrifice any Mandalorians in an all out war! Listen to reason, Corvo!
Corvo: We have the support of the Raptors. We should use that support to launch a full scale invasion!
It was clear that tensions between Aerrow and Corvo had strained their relationship. Before this, the two were like brothers. Now they were constantly butting heads over how to fight this war.
Aerrow: If we launch an invasion on Cyclonia now, then we lose everything!
Corvo: If we don't, then we might as well not call ourselves Mandalorians. We are warriors. The Cyclonians have stained our honor! We must correct this!
Aerrow: And we will do so in time. We cannot afford to wage all out war. We've lost so much.
Corvo: The time for hiding is done, Aerrow! If we stand by and do nothing, then we'll be wiped out! Can't you see that?!
As Aerrow and Corvo continued to bicker with one another, Piper and the rest of the Storm Hawks entered the tent. The arrival of the Storm Hawks silenced the argument between Aerrow and Corvo. Corvo then left the tent in frustration.
Piper: Are you two still bickering with one another?
Aerrow: Unfortunately. He questions my methods for this fight.
Finn: Maybe he's got a point.
Piper: We may have the support of the Raptors, but we're far from equipped to fighting the Cyclonians. Look at how easily they swarmed our enclave.
Aerrow: And that's why we fight the way we do. As skilled as we are, the Cyclonians outnumber us ten times over. There are two kinds of strength in this universe: strength of the Body – which anyone can claim with proper motivation and training – and a much more elusive kind of strength. That, ner vod, is strength of the Will. Of the two, strength of the Will is far more important, for Will shall carry you far even when your Body has long since failed you. Those were the words spoken by my mother. She believed that the Will was just as important as the Body. We will break the will of the Cyclonians. That is how we win.
It soon became clear to the Storm Hawks that Aerrow sought to continue Elsera's tactic of using guerilla warfare against the Cyclonian Empire. Aerrow soon changed the subject to the planned raid of Terra Zartacla.
Aerrow: We will begin our raid of Terra Zartacla immediately. Piper, is everything ready?
Piper: Yes, Aerrow. I was able to gather intel on the prison's layout and security systems. This particular prison has a reputation for being....escape proof.
Aerrow: Radarr and I will go to the prison and allow ourselves to be captured. Once we're inside, we'll provide a distraction while the rest of you get inside the prison and free the prisoners.
Stork: And what kind of distraction will you provide?
Aerrow: Warden Moss believes his prison to be inescapable. That means he'll be craving someone who seeks to prove him wrong. I will be more than happy to show him the skills of a Mandalorian.
At that point, the briefing for the raid on Terra Zartacla was done. The Storm Hawks boarded the Condor and left Terra Neverlandis for Terra Zartacla. On the Condor, Aerrow briefed his squad on the plan. He would go to the Cyclonian Prison on Terra Zartacla and give himself up to Warden Moss. As the Condor neared the prison, Aerrow and Radarr got on their Skimmer and went ahead of the Condor. As they approached the prison, they were quickly discovered by the Talons. To sell the act, Aerrow pulled out his blaster pistol and shoots them down. After that, Aerrow takes the fight to the other Talon Guards when suddenly, both of his hands are restrained by Energy Whip. Aerrow turns to see Warden Moss holding the whip.
Moss: Now ain't this a sight? A marauder has come to my prison.
Aerrow: I surrender.
With this, Aerrow and Radarr had been taken into custody. Aerrow was stripped of his weapons and armor and thrown into a cell. However, Aerrow was not deterred. Now that Aerrow and Radarr were inside the Cyclonian Prison, Aerrow prepared to escape from his cell and provide the distraction needed for the Storm Hawks to infiltrate the prison and free the prisoners.
